this is my second time dealing with them. the first time i had some issues but overlooked it. this second time is horrendous. i chose Fruit of the loom SS060 this is not the first time i am buying this product from other dealers, what WORK WEAR express sent is RIDICULOUS. the material is nothing like the one I buy from others and their own is so flimsy. you could literally see the end of the street even with the t-shirt used to blindfold you. secondly the print was TOO large it went right from the top under your chin to the very end of the shirt. very different from what I sent to them and also the person in charge decided to print black on dark coloured shirts which made the lettering not LEGIBLE. lastly, the t-shirt sizes are ridiculous. I measured them and took pictures to show them but they pretended not to even see my message as they refused to reply to me till date...the sleeves for M, L, XL, XXL is so similar its hard to fit anyone. I regret coming back to you. I should have known that you are CHEAP means high chances of getting JUNK. NOW all I have stated can be considered a mistake or accident, I lodged a complain several times, they took their time to reply, their responses are so lame they kept asking for pictures even after I emailed it to them. the lady i spoke with was very rude and arrogant. I will never go back to you and never recommend your service to anyone. I should have learnt from the first dealing. their customer service is POOR. you can delete this review i will announce it to as many places and for as many people that care to hear it. you need to improve on your service. your tailor needs to be changed.

Absolutely horrible experience with the company. We ordered around 200 hoodies for a show, in which NONE of them came out right as the printing was not up to the standard that we paid for. When we asked for a refund, the request was denied instantly. Within that, all the orders arrived late - after the show had finished- which was a MAJOR inconvenience to the performers, who had expected to wear it on the show day. Complete waste of time, effort and money if you order from this company!

Not impressed at all with the services provided by this company, the design was not up to the standard promised and they were not willing to resolve the issue in a fair manner. Waste of time, they are not what they state to be !

Really bad quality, didn't deliver part of the order, really bad customer services, the personalised names printed on the back of hoodies get covered by the hoods such is just pointless and is a terrible design. Got the colour for the artwork wrong. Delayed deliver by a week and said they would deliver the following week if a payment was made, then failed to deliver anyway. Found this to be incredibly misleading!!!

Horrible service! Delivered my items late, missing items AND incorrect design! Then refused to refund the order or reprint! Ridiculous customer service and a complete waste of money.

Worst company!! The Printing wasn’t as promised. They lost some orders and tried making excuses saying “they didn’t have the stock at the time”!! So eager to take my money.

Customer service is absolutely abismal!! Order came over two weeks late! Also printed our personalised logos in the wrong colour when specified otherwise. Print in the back game at a ridiculously small size. Also they had the audacity to not send 15 of the hoodies and sweatshirts we ordered and when we asked for it to be sent they simply told us they didn’t have it and that we needed to contact DPS!! Then found out later that It was left in their production offices! So they had lied to us when the fault was with them! When asked for a reprinting as they printed them incorrectly, they refused and didn’t get back to our team at all! When we asked for compensation they refused as well, despite sending incorrect stock and not the right quantity either. They were incredibly difficult to work with, contact and receive our paid products from. Customer service regarding this whole issue has been ridiculous to say the least and not something you would expect from a professional company. Would not recommend AT ALL! Still looking to enquire about compensation or reprinting. Delivery came late, incorrect logo and missing items! Don’t waste your money here!!!

Really bad service, we ordered bulk hoodies (about 200 for a show), none of the hoodies came on time for the show, and when we asked for a refund they outright refused. Keep in mind that every performer paid about £30 each for the hoodies - the printing was awful so now we have to keep awful looking hoodies that we did not get to wear for the show on time and not get our money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE PLEASE.

If I could give 0 stars I would... Worst experience of my life! Too busy sending out spam mail rather than dealing with issues that they have caused. I made an order and after digitising the logo they told me the product was out of stock so they took about £70 from me for one item, and only refunded £15 which was a fraction of what I deserved back; despite the inexpensive red of my order, I will be working on a civil claim against workwear express.

Dreadful service and products. Original trail order of 1 Hoodie and 6 t shirts. Despite being assured the products would not shrink they did. Also the printing peeled off the back of the products after to washes,(at low temp). It took nearly two months form replacements. New t shirts slightly better quality although the printing isn’t the best and can be felt when wearing the T-shirts. The hoodie material is very poor with stitching coming away from the pocket and holes appearing. With very little wear I might add. I normally use a primary hoodie which never rips and lasts a considerably long time. In the past I have used vistaprint but thought I’d use a local firm this time. A total waste of time and money. The quality between the two is vast. Disappointingly unprofessional service and poor products. I’ve waited a few months to leave the review in order to give them a fair crack of the whip. Needless to say I CAN’T recommend this company and certainly would not use again.

Easy to order and fast service and delivery the item was very shoddy the sowing was not good and I would not recommend this to anyone, the tie I got I’m embarrassed to present it to the person it was for

Ordered two 5XL shirts, they arrived and were 7 inches shorter than the previous 5XL shirts ordered from the same company. Got in touch via live chat and spoke to Charlotte who asked me to refer to the sizing guide which she admitted wasn't on the product page. Asked her twice to direct me to the sizing guide and she refused to provide the details. Refused to provide any resolution other than a 10% discount on my next order - but how can I order if you keep your sizing guide a secret from your customers!

Customer service is appalling, not willing to help or rectify orders that have come wrong. The proofs that they sent for us to check were unclear (in jargon that only machinists know) so you don’t really know what your getting until it’s been delivered. Then if it’s arrives wrong, it’s the customers fault because you’ve accepted the proof. Delivery time wasn’t too bad however it took Nearly 2 months for Part of our order to be delivered. Price wise it’s quite pricey. I had wished we had spent our money with a local embroiderer who has reactified 80% of our order.

Hello Severns, When a proof is emailed over it does advise of the colours that will be used in your customisation and the dimensions. If you are at any point unsure of the information that has been sent over please know that we are contactable 6 days a week and anyone from our team will answer your call to make sure you are 100% happy with the proofs before your order is sent to production. When we receive an approval it advises us that you are happy to proceed and there are no issues to discuss. The delivery and ordering were very good, however the T-shirt’s are of a very poor quality (fruit of the loom) once washed they have lost shape and do not iron very well either, also the aprons are not much better once washed they do not iron well at all they stay creased all my staff are complaining to me about the problem also the appearance in my shop is extremely disappointing, I regret buying both products, I also bought fleeces of which up to now have proved to be ok.
