“Excellent service, good quality products and embroidery. However the problem is that you make your opening offer too good - when you come to re-order the difference is too great so one tends to look at other offers by yourselves and others rather than simply re-ordering. One would have thought there should be advantages in encouraging people to re-order the same, saving setup time and expense rather than starting from scratch or going elsewhere. cheers Tim”

“The online ordering process was really straight forward. I did have to chase my artwork afterwards though. The finished items were ok, some of the embroidery was a little wrinkled and I've had no replies to my emails yet.”

“Where to start?? Delays from the word go due to staff illness/holidays, but apparantly there are 160 people employed by WE, yet it seemed only one person could deal with my order. Proofs took ages, quote missed off crucial info, when sorted the delivery was late, incorrect items sent, lots of apologies but took 4 weeks to replace incorrect items, even then still some wrong items, I did all the chasing, never a call to me first. The only upside was the quality, which was great - but unfortunately I'll never use them again. I would urge potential new customers to keep it very simple unless you are prepared for a lot of time-wasting with calling, emailing, checking and waiting and waiting for your goods.”

“Workwear Express were very efficient. I sent them a pdf of our logo and they sent me visual proofs of the artwork on the clothing ordered very quickly. Once I was happy with the proof, they went ahead and did the work and delivered the items by the date they had originally stated. Very pleased.”

“Tried to order 2 tshirts to be printed as samples before we start making very large orders. I had to contact customer services several times as they said I hadn't approved the artwork which went on for over 2 weeks. I twice emailed them with the emails I had sent, and they agreed by email to follow up. Then the next time I contacted them to chase again they didn't recall replying to my emails and couldn't find a record of me contacting them. So I cancelled that order. I then tried to order just plain samples but they were held up twice due to a garment colour being out of stock. I had to ring customer services 2-3 times to say that the colour didn't matter and to push the order through. I have decided not to use workwear again due to these issues and our business has gone elsewhere”
