“I selected your company based on the published turn around times. It was a small order for two staff members that had to travel at short notice. The delivery time ended up taking significantly longer than I was anticipated based on the information I could gather from your website. The order was placed on the 13.09.17, my staff were travelling on the 22.09.17. I knew there would be a requirement to develop the artwork, but I assumed incorrectly that the whole process would have been completed sooner. The order was delivered on the 26.09.17.”
