“I could not fault the delivery time and packaging. The boots that I ordered are just as described. However the boots have some nodules in the lining which rubbed my toes sore the first time that I wore them and the top edge at the ankles is rough and it chaffed a big groove into my ankle. Once I realised the problems I purchased some thick socks with which they are perfectly comfortable.”

“Took three weeks to get here. Then only part of the order arrived . Email response was that they couldn’t find the order number so I had to email that to them. After the whole order finally arrived I received email again asking for order number and apologised for not sending out the parcel 🙄”
