“We have all found the sizes to vary quite a bit, which has not been helpful as they seem to come up small in the beginning. Everyone has had to jump up one size in some cases two. Also I couldn’t source a uniform big enough for one employee from you so had to purchase elsewhere and needed a badge to sew on so it was the same as our other uniforms which was refused by yourselves and obviously upset the lady in question.”

“I would like to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to workwear express customer service team. They ALL go above and beyond. They are really helpful every time I place an order and always call/email me on the stage progress of my orders and out for dispatch- EXCELLENT from start to finish- great prices, quality of clothing and also Excellent printing, dtg, transfer and embroidery. I DO TRUST WORKWEAR EXPESS WITH MY NAME!!”

“If you are a new customer they move heaven and earth for you. But once they have you under their spell by Christ they do the complete opposite. The first order I placed was very good and so I placed a 2nd order but this time just for some tester garments. I returned these but a simple refund took 2 weeks from the time they had the goods back (uniform size tester) at their depot. I did place a 3rd order and when it arrived the standard of the embroidery was nothing short of embarrassing, the writing was not straight and the standard of the embroidery work was shocking. The order was sent back. After a week of them receiving the items, I felt I had to telephone them to find out whats happening as I (the customer) was not being informed etc. When I telephoned and complained as to whats happening with my order that I returned. I was pushed to this person and then that department and this went on for a further 2 weeks. In the end, I had had enough of and cancelled my order. I had to wait 4 days for my money to be paid back into my account. (The free delivery system they use takes about a week to get back to the depot). A real shame that a number of people working for this company do not know how to deal with problems. They rather fob you off or/and keep you waiting.”

“My experience was very dissapointing. From start to finish, there was confusion and although the amended artwork was sent through, approved and confirmed it will be on all garments... I was sent the complete wrong logo on all garments. The reason I am rating WorkWear Express higher than a 1* is because Sandra (customer adviser) showed some sympathy and took over my complaint, assured me I would hear from her at a specific time which she stuck too unlike her colleagues and spoke to me like a real person. She made every effort to resolve the case and did a fantastic job. Props to her and if she shows all customers this level of support, then they are very lucky. All in all, fantastic service from Sandra. But unfortunately I cannot say the same for the rest of the team (that I spoke too)”

“My order was small & involved embroidery. To get the embroidery correct took a few changes from myself. The team at Workwear were patient & worked quickly to rework the changes. Delivery was fast, the work was exactly as requested, the workmanship very good, & excellent value. Thank you. JWS Electrics”
