Wood Flooring Supplies Ltd is a Family Run Internet Only Business based in Lancashire, which has been devoted to supplying quality Flooring along with Wood Flooring accessories for the last 15 years throughout Mainland Uk.

Providing excellent Customer Service and a Sampling service along with keeping you informed throughout the order process. Our business has grown from strength to strength over the last several years and we are very happy to receive emails from our customers thanking us for our Customer Service. We only deal with the largest Flooring Manufacturers which includes Boen, Junckers and Atkinson & Kirby along with others. We also offer an out of hours email service up to 10pm every day.

“Excellent turnaround time. The only downside was receiving the email with time slot only 40 mins before the time slot started - not enough time to arrange a morning off work etc”

“I researched a few online suppliers of Junckers flooring and decided to go with this one. It was a fair amount of money so wanted to make sure it was with a trusted company. The result, I highly recommend them. They emailed me constant updates on my order and arrived on time, when I called a person answered, when I emailed they replied straight away. Perfect, thank you.”

“The folks at WoodFlooring were just wonderful. I needed a floor within a certain, very short time frame and not only did they preserve in coordinating this they also went the extra mile of making sure all the necessary paperwork and haulier services were taken care of. Their communication was tremendous as well. When there was the possibility that something might go awry with the flooring on my end, they were on the phone and jumping into my email in a New York minute. I couldn't have asked for better service or more helpful folks. Someone once told me there was no such thing as customer service in Britain. Well...wrong-o.”

“The customer service I received from Mark and Kerry was superb. I ordered my sample and Kerry followed up that order to check it was what I wanted or any other help I required. Mark then helped me complete my order and again was very helpful ensuring I had all the help I needed. The price was the best I could find and they also gave me an extra roll of underlay for free. I certainly recommend them not only for price but mainly for their customer service which is outstanding”

“I ordered some accessories from WoodFlooring Supplies and found their service to be extremely quick (they were able to offer me next day delivery) and their customer service team to be extremely responsive. I received two emails directly from a customer service team member updating me on the status of my order and also on the scheduled delivery slot. I will definitely be using them again when I have a larger flooring project.”
