The folks at WoodFlooring were just wonderful. I needed a floor within a certain, very short time frame and not only did they preserve in coordinating this they also went the extra mile of making sure all the necessary paperwork and haulier services were taken care of. Their communication was tremendous as well. When there was the possibility that something might go awry with the flooring on my end, they were on the phone and jumping into my email in a New York minute. I couldn't have asked for better service or more helpful folks. Someone once told me there was no such thing as customer service in Britain. Well...wrong-o.
