The customer service I received from Mark and Kerry was superb. I ordered my sample and Kerry followed up that order to check it was what I wanted or any other help I required. Mark then helped me complete my order and again was very helpful ensuring I had all the help I needed. The price was the best I could find and they also gave me an extra roll of underlay for free. I certainly recommend them not only for price but mainly for their customer service which is outstanding
