Wood Flooring Supplies Ltd is a Family Run Internet Only Business based in Lancashire, which has been devoted to supplying quality Flooring along with Wood Flooring accessories for the last 15 years throughout Mainland Uk.

Providing excellent Customer Service and a Sampling service along with keeping you informed throughout the order process. Our business has grown from strength to strength over the last several years and we are very happy to receive emails from our customers thanking us for our Customer Service. We only deal with the largest Flooring Manufacturers which includes Boen, Junckers and Atkinson & Kirby along with others. We also offer an out of hours email service up to 10pm every day.

We are very sorry to hear just now from your 2 Star Review that DX the courier left your order outside next door in the pouring rain. This is very strange as DX provided us with a customer signed proof of delivery but no mention on the DX delivery note that it was left with a neighbour. This is the first we heard of this. We thrive on our customer service, your order was delivered on the day you requested and you were informed by email this would be delivered by DX Couriers and we feel a 2 star review on our customer service is very unfair indeed.

“The staff and service throughout was exceptional. Personal and polite. Answering phone calls with courtesy and excellent advice. The product was perfect too. But most of all the staff. Such a pleasant process which doesn’t always happen these days. Thanks very much”

“Had few questions about the flooring so contacted WoodFlooring Supplies via phone. Staff very knowledgable and were able to advise and answer all the questions. Also, they arranged a prompt delivery too. All very smooth and great customer experience.”

“Kerry and the team at Wood Flooring have been amazing from the very first contact we had with them. Nothing was too much trouble. “Amazing customer service, among the best I've experienced online. Not only do they reply to any queries almost immediately but went out of their way to get the order to a tight deadline and then regularly checked up on the status. It meant that when the delivery didn't arrive (through no fault of their own) they were able to rapidly reschedule for the next morning. Oh and the boards look wonderful as well.”

“Have used this company a number of times and quality of goods is very high, Had an issue with delivery on my last order however after speaking to customer services I've been informed delivery issues are to do with an independent courier and not Woodflooring supplies, as it was the first day back after bank holiday the couriers had been very busy so some delays can sometimes be expected. I would expect any future orders will be without problems as they always have previously.”

“I ordered engineer wood from Wood Flooring Supplies Ltd and they were brilliant to deal with - even the delivery drivers were so polite and helpful. From the order process, product queries and delivery the service was fantastic! I had to order more flooring for the same job and Kerry processed the order super-quick and it arrived at 8.30 the next morning.
