Providing excellent Customer Service and a Sampling service along with keeping you informed throughout the order process. Our business has grown from strength to strength over the last several years and we are very happy to receive emails from our customers thanking us for our Customer Service. We only deal with the largest Flooring Manufacturers which includes Boen, Junckers and Atkinson & Kirby along with others. We also offer an out of hours email service up to 10pm every day.

“I purchased Holt Tintern Click Grey Stained Oak Floor Matt Lacquered from WoodFlooring Supplies for my new house. I really love the colour and the feeling of wood under my feet. It came with free underlay and the option to get matching colour profiles too saved me time and money and I was assured they will perfectly match the flooring. Kerry and Mark have been very helpful and gave good advice on the products I was interested in and also they organised very well the deliveries. I am very happy with the purchase and the service received from WoodFlooring Supplies. Thank you guys.”

“To be honest I only tried Wood Flooring Supplies as I wasn't satisfied with my previous wood trim supplier as I am renovating my house. WFS provided a quick and efficient service asking me when I wanted my item delivered and doing so on the date I selected. The quality of the was as expected and I would definitely use them again.”

“I am very satisfied with my new wooden floor and with an amazing customer service provided by Kerry. She called me and replied quickly to all my queries. I was blessed with the driver who came to deliver. A Rumanian man who helped me to put the packets in the house (sorry I don’t know his name). Totally commendable. A very happy customer.”
