Wood Flooring Supplies Ltd is a Family Run Internet Only Business based in Lancashire, which has been devoted to supplying quality Flooring along with Wood Flooring accessories for the last 13 years throughout Mainland Uk.

Providing excellent Customer Service and a Sampling service along with keeping you informed throughout the order process. Our business has grown from strength to strength over the last several years and we are very happy to receive emails from our customers thanking us for our Customer Service. We only deal with the largest Flooring Manufacturers which includes Boen, Junckers and Atkinson & Kirby along with others. We also offer an out of hours email service up to 10pm every day.

“To be honest I only tried Wood Flooring Supplies as I wasn't satisfied with my previous wood trim supplier as I am renovating my house. WFS provided a quick and efficient service asking me when I wanted my item delivered and doing so on the date I selected. The quality of the was as expected and I would definitely use them again.”

“Wood Flooring Supplies kept me informed about the processing of my order and the expected delivery throughout the process. I had to reschedule my delivery once and this was done and confirmed by e-mail. On the day of the delivery I received a two hour delivery slot and my order was delivered within the given slot. Overall I am very satisfied with the service provided by Wood Flooring Supplies.”

“Have used this company a number of times and quality of goods is very high, Had an issue with delivery on my last order however after speaking to customer services I've been informed delivery issues are to do with an independent courier and not Woodflooring supplies, as it was the first day back after bank holiday the couriers had been very busy so some delays can sometimes be expected. I would expect any future orders will be without problems as they always have previously.”

“Oak Thresholds material purchased presented good straight lengths with clean edges and attractive grain. Delivery was appaulling. Delivered on the due date, despite notified postponement, due to driver shortages, to the following day, Delivered without notice or acknowledged receipt resulted in the damaged package being found on access pathway, where it had apparently laid all afternoon. Thankfully contents were undamaged and there had been no rain that afternoon.”

Thank you Richard for taking the time to write your four star review. We emailed you once your order was placed to confirm your requested delivery date. We explained deliveries are made between the hours of 8am - 6pm and someone must be available to accept, check and sign for your delivery. There was no issues with driver shortages it was just changed to a different courier and you was notified straight away about this. Apologies on behalf of DX Couriers, they should not have left your parcel without a signature. So glad you are happy with the quality of your oak accessories.

“Excellent turnaround time. The only downside was receiving the email with time slot only 40 mins before the time slot started - not enough time to arrange a morning off work etc”

“Great service and excellent communication. The loss of a star is because the cost had to be met by Bacs transfer as the card holder and delivery address wasnt the same and therefore an option to use. There was a delay because the funds hadnt cleared and didnt show in your bank until 48hrs later”

“Products arrived on time although the delivery charge was very high as order didnt meet the minimum requirement for free delivery. Ordered parquet flooring and although the products were well packaged, some of the edges were damaged so will have to work around that. Overall a good experience but could’ve been excellent!”
