“I bought the model of a London bus and looking at the instructions they were all in different languages. You would think that as the London bus is truly British the instructions should at least have English at the top of their list.”

“I recently purchased and received an expensive kit; the Trumpeter 1:200 Titanic, from Wonderland Models. The shopping experience was straight forward if not totally happy. The website is good if not faultless, and of course it helped knowing specifically what I was intent on purchasing. The price was slightly more enticing than any competitor (I shopped around), and that was the icing on the cake. I paid for "next day delivery", and while not exactly next day I had the kit within two days which was very acceptable. The only thing that took the shine off a little was my belated wish to purchase three rattle cans of paint. I attempted this purchase within the same shopping session, but admittedly after having completed the Titanic purchase. I was miffed to say the least at being quoted an additional carriage charge even more than the initial carriage chage. I declined.”

“Purchased typhoon plane model kit as birthday present. Although it wasn’t the actual kit ordered (style)it was the same plane which they included glue ,paints and brushes at no extra charge. So I’m impressed so far.”
