“The Ordering process on Friday was easy what I wanted and paid for next-day delivery. Sadly very badly let down by DPD Local as two completely false claims of failed delivery of goods finally arrived this morning Monday. Poor show on DPD and you should look for an alternative carrier. Waiting for a postage refund. Pleased with the Product.”

“I purchased a Tamiya rc Trailer for €500 which was on offer. Prices were in Euro. However I was very surprised when the courier (DPD) text me to say that there was €125 due for customs. This negated the Offer price. I have reviewed your web site and it does state custom fees are not included but it is very low down the page. I have paid and am keeping the trailer. However I feel that it should be made clearer that custom charges will be added, especially for customers who are viewing in Euros. BTW I am eagerly awaiting the light set for this trailer which is currently n/a. Regards, Martin”

“Prompt accurate service, good stock choices. Would be 5 stars except I would prefer to be given a cheaper (slower) shipping option to go with the £7.99 for a courier. 2nd class mail would be fine!”

“A good shop for ordering spare parts and accessories, my only gripe was the price of the postage £13-99 These 2mm aluminium tubing weighed no more than a feather, would have fitted in a little tube and a first class stamp would have taken care of the postage, pure extortion.”

“Wonderland were quick to dispatch my order which will arrive today but the website was not easy to find what I wanted, I put in a search for tamiya extra thin glue no results then tried cement instead of glue the site gave me something totally different I had to search manually as there was no options for glue/cement on the site hence the resin for four stars”

“Having dealt with Wonderland a few times I find they do almost everything perfectly. I say almost as my recent purchase came with the outside box badly crushed although the contents were fine. The box needed a bit more packaging but ultimately the carrier was to blame. Perhaps a 'FRAGILE' label would help. Having said that I will definitely deal with them in the future.”

“I ordered a small bottle of paint which came in a couple of days. I was a little surprised that it was in a 15cm square cardboard box and consequently had to rearrange delivery as I expected it to arrive in a jiffy bag and go through the letter box. I also thought the p&p price was rather high for such a small item.”
