“Even though my delivery was delayed, they responded to let me know when it was coming, and it even came before that date. The model came with everything I ordered plus 2 classic aviation magazines. Nobody knows if that was a mistake or they were apologizing for the late delivery, but its a nice touch nonetheless.”

“The models I ordered were available and ready to hand. They were delivered extremely quickly and the service cannot be totally faulted. However I was a little peeved by having been offered only one type of delivery! More choice would be beneficial.”
