“They claim next day delivery for £76.99. However that next day delivery is after dispatch. Dispatch can be anything up to 48hrs which defeats the original claim.”

“Ordererd a couple of Weekend Editions of Mk iX Spits a while ago, then received an E-mail advising out of stock. Finally received them, well packed, and funds then taken from my account, so no damage done. Just a bit odd that they advertise something on line that is not in stock, however overall happy with the service. Delivery on time once they e-mailed in stock”

“Delivery was quick, dispatch not quite as quick but more than acceptable. Packaging could have been better; the box was slightly crushed and had a small tear in the corner, I have opened the model kits and the sprues appear to be intact. It was just two model kit boxes stacked with a single sheet of corrugated card wrapped around it, so no protection from being crushed etc. Their pricing, even including the postage was impossible to beat. However this was for sale items, I think their overall pricing is comparable to most places and if you're looking for the best price you'll be buying from more than one retailer.”

“Arrived in good time and I was informed of each stage of the process. It was extemely well packed and therefore well protected. There is not much to do with reguard to assembly and the encluded instructions were adequate and could be worked out easily. Once unpacked, assembled and ready to go, I realised that there were more washers than were required to fit the whistle and some were of different thicknesses. I contacted the supplier who then contacted the manufacturer and a day later received a comprehensive reply. If there were to be a "down point" it would be that the whistle does not sit vertically to the boiler which I think distracts from the overall beauty and a positive distraction. Otherwise this is a first class machine of which I am now a proud owner.”

“Both items well packaged. Slight snag they sent an F4U corsair rather than the Red tail P51 on the order sheet. It's OK thogh I just wanted one of these types to try. Might need to give MH and MU some aircraft recognitipn lessons”

“I bought the AC1 Super Cobra kit. The description was accurate, and helpful. The kit itself seemed competativley priced. The delivery was very speedy and the parcel arrived in pristeen condition. Very happy with the whole process.”
