“A good experience, nice model that's somewhat hard to find, sent out quickly. DPD couriers were an irritation that let down the service from Wonderland. Overall - really good and I'd buy again.”

“I can't vouch for the contents of the Meccano kit that I ordered because it's a birthday present for a young relative and the big day isn't for a couple of weeks yet. The ordering process online was generally smooth. There was an uneasy gap between payment and acknowledgement by email, but then who expects any online transaction to be stress-free? The email came within a couple of hours, and I had plenty of other things to get on with! Delivery was next-day, and occurred within the one-hour window specified by the operator. I would certainly order from Wonderland Models again.”

“Recent purchase was an Airfix kit. Box arrived but within wasn't the kit specified. I appreciate not Wonderlands problem but that of Airfix when the kit was boxed. No problem with Wonderland ordering or delivery. No big deal at the end of the day as I'll take up the matter with Airfix.”

“The standard of service you get from this company is second to none. Ordering online is easy and delivery is prompt. Kits are well packaged. I have used them on many occasions and will continue to do so. The only negative I can mention is the search function on the website seems to have a mind of its own. Its a minor issue but one which could do with looking at”
