The model of the kings guard was very good, but I feel betrayed by your advertisement because it said it was supposed to be 16cm and it was half that size, maybe the price should have been halved as well. Very misleading advertising , I bought these as gifts for family in South Africa.

As described but the farmer is sadly detached from seat along with paint. Will try to glue rather than the hassle of returning. Disappointed that “Made in China” is printed in white behind the back wheel. This detracts from the authentic looks of the model!

Need to make customers aware any purchase made for next day delivery must be done before 5 pm close and.find a different courier DPD were instructed to leave I safe place and just left it o door step had to get family member to go get parcel so didn't get pinched prity poor to be honest

Ordered some paint and paid for next day delivery, didn't arrive till day after.I phoned w.models and they said there courier was delayed in traffic.Still happy with order and I will be ordering again from W.M.

Usually very good. Mistake this time with our order. I rang to enquire where it was. I got told it will be with you tomorrow. My dad rang them shortly afterwards he got told it had been sent to the wrong address. Maybe could have told me that in the first place.

Items arrived well packed, however I paid for next day delivery. Paid on the evening of the 11th, expecting it to be shipped on the 12th and arrive on the 13th. It arrived on the 15th. So I do not understand what I paided extra for. Next day should mean that.

Models are good quality but the customer service is questionable. Paid for next day delivery but got told I to expect the order to arrive after another 4 days. Got refused a refund on full refund of next day delivery charge. I had to write a complaint just to get a refund on a service I clearly didn’t receive. No acknowledgment of distress and inconvenience caused by wonderland models.

Hi, On Thursday, I was tracking my order to be delivered, I went outside to see if I could see the dpd van and I saw him coming around the corner onto my street, he stopped and made a delivery to another address, then I got a message on my phone saying....' sorry we have missed you, Adeel won't be back today, we'll be back on Fri 04 Aug, I thought what the hell is going on as he hadn't even been to my address. So it's no wonder that people get fed up with dpd when they don't even deliver parcels. If I hadn't gone out, I would have had to wait another day. This is not acceptable as you pay for your products to be delivered to your customers. You might need to review your position with DPD, how many more customers have been let down like this i wonder

For £50 I would expect the basic paint and glue and starting equipment. Model is fantastic and company and service is also fantastic but no option to purchase paint that you specifically need for z model or even a "paint bundle". Great product but lacking information on website about paint and starting equipment

Hi Luke A complete list of all the paints, glues and paint brushes that you require is listed in the instructions of the model that you purchased. When purchasing any future models we can provide this list to you in advance if requested. Thanks for your understanding and good luck with your new model build.

Ordered 2 kits. Good value but both kit boxes were damaged due to poor packaging. One wrap of thin cardboard. No side support to protect during delivery. Not the delivery company's fault.

Bought a rechargeable battery pack from Wonderland models, but am struggling to charge it. As Wonderland don't sell a charger for the battery pack I bought one elsewhere but when plugged in it shows 'battery fault'. Am no further forward for the expense.

Ordered on Saturday and for some reason not dispatched until following Friday. An estimated dispatch date would have been customer friendly.

they need to let customers know if a product is out of stock when its advertised as instock and that person buys it and has to wait for the product to come back to stock . if its not in stock let the customer know right away.

Was expecting a next day delivery I.e Friday. However by the following Tuesday nothing had arrived. Followed up by e-mail to find one item was out of stock and was awaiting delivery. I would have hoped Wonderland Models had informed me of the delay.

Hi Richard, Please accept our sincere apologies for not informing you of an issue with one of the items that you had ordered with us. It was expected back into stock the day after your order was received. Unfortunately our supplier has had a few delays with incoming containers that caused the slight delay and we weren't advised of this issue at the time. We can’t put it together. The instructions are not very good. I’m hoping someone else can just be a genius and build it without the instructions. Maybe it’s just me. But once it is built it will be a good bike.

I have bought Schleich animals from here twice before and never had any problems which was great until my most recent order when one of the horses has a broken tail and two broken legs and I messaged right away to tell them and so far be not heard anything back
