“The models arrived quickly but one arrived broken. The packaging was quite limited which I believe led to the broken model”

“Great item, however don't be fooled by the next day delivery at a price of £13.99!!!!! Ordered on the 4th and didn't arrive til the 9th. Standard delivery at next day price. When I contacted them about about this they ignored serval messages!!!”

All our parcels are sent via a next working day courier so they arrive promptly. This is slightly more expensive than Royal Mail First Class post but much more reliable. Our loyal customers really appreciate this fast efficient service.

“Very dissapointed with delivery as I paid for next day delivery and it has not been delivered yet . I ordered on the 22nd August and it is now 27th August. Have yet to see the model I purchased so cannot comment yet.”

Hi Paul Thanks for your review. I can see that you placed your order after 6pm on Friday 23rd August when we were closed for the day. We processed your order when we reopened on Saturday 24th in the morning and it was collected by our courier DPD that day. The slight delay was caused by the Bank Holiday weekend when the courier were not delivering on the Monday so it was delivered successfully on the Tuesday at 5pm. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

“I ordered model 18-38180R for my 4yr old grandson. The model is of George Russell's car as my grandson has become a massive fan. Only being 4yrs old, the only way he knows the difference between george Russell and Lewis Hamilton is by their helmet colour. I specifically picked this model as it had a driver in the car but the car I received did not (the model I ordered still shows a driver on the website). The car itself if fine but it's not what is advertised.”

Sorry for any confusion here. These F1 cars are sold in two versions, with and without the driver figure at £21.99 and £9.99 respectively. The only images of the cars available from the Burago importer have the driver figure so we include a clear statement in bold text on each of the basic cars stating "No driver helmet with this model. Image for reference only". You ordered the version without the driver and we have checked the website entry for that car and it does have the "no driver helmet" warning. Hi Richard Thanks for your feedback. You ordered on Saturday at noon and your parcel was collected by DPD first thing on Monday morning for delivery on Tuesday at 3:30pm. This is next working day delivery. DPD do not class Saturday and Sunday as working days. Thanks for your understanding.

“Very pleased with the kit and Wonderland's service, but DPD delivered it on Tuesday, when I had asked for it to be held until Friday. They left it on the ground under my motorhome, so it has sat in the wet for 4 days. Box is trashed, fortunately the decals look OK (they are damp, but I'm drying them now).”

“My first order from Wonderland was good, this one not as good unfortunately. My main issue is that stock levels are not shown on your website. In this case I ordered two body shells and two mounting posts for tamiya rc cars - the order shipped with just the shells and when I asked your team I was told the posts were out of stock and unlikely to be resupplied hence cancelled. I can't use the shells without the posts and have had to try to find them elsewhere at further delivery cost. My first order also had an item out of stock but your team contacted me before shipping to ask if I wanted to go ahead which at least gave me the option to cancel if not usable without the missing items. Thanks John”

“I paced a rather large order with wonderland models.i was pleased with how fast my order was confirmed and the massive selection they have to offer. I chose the next working delay delivery however it was about 6 days before I actually received the order due to some things being out of stock after I had placed the order which was quite frustrating really. I was offered a refund for the missing items which was processed very quick.i assumed it would be only another day until I received my order but it missed the collection so it was due to come a day later on a Friday but for some reason which I wasn't informed of it had missed the collection again so it wasn't until today I received it. Basically if you are placing an order above £70 the postage defaults to £8 for shipping so it's up to you weather you select next day. I had some really good solid communication with the team and they replied to emails very quickly which is much appreciated.”

All parcels despatched by DPD are sent on a next working day service which means that if they are shipped on a Friday they are delivered on a Monday weather permitting. Thanks for your underdstanding.

“Whilst the cap guns look good and feel weighty, the release mechanism of the expended 8 cap is awful. Have to get a tool and dig them out. Another model it has one smooth area for grabbing the used caps and putting new ones in. Just a shame as the rest of it is good. But its main function is slowed because it doesn’t have easy access to remove spent caps.”
