Ordered on Saturday and for some reason not dispatched until following Friday. An estimated dispatch date would have been customer friendly.

they need to let customers know if a product is out of stock when its advertised as instock and that person buys it and has to wait for the product to come back to stock . if its not in stock let the customer know right away.

I’m afraid you’re let down by the total ineptitude of your delivery agent. Who single handed has ruined my commision build by not even attempting delivery

Was expecting a next day delivery I.e Friday. However by the following Tuesday nothing had arrived. Followed up by e-mail to find one item was out of stock and was awaiting delivery. I would have hoped Wonderland Models had informed me of the delay.

Hi Richard, Please accept our sincere apologies for not informing you of an issue with one of the items that you had ordered with us. It was expected back into stock the day after your order was received. Unfortunately our supplier has had a few delays with incoming containers that caused the slight delay and we weren't advised of this issue at the time. We can’t put it together. The instructions are not very good. I’m hoping someone else can just be a genius and build it without the instructions. Maybe it’s just me. But once it is built it will be a good bike.

Hi Brad we sell loads of these Maisto diecast model bikes and have never had any complaints abpout the build quality. Generally they go together very well.

I have bought Schleich animals from here twice before and never had any problems which was great until my most recent order when one of the horses has a broken tail and two broken legs and I messaged right away to tell them and so far be not heard anything back

Easy to order and quick delivery. Unfortunately, one of the pictures of the item purchased was mis-leading as it showed the mobile vet van coming with a trailer which it does not. I could have bought it elsewhere at at better price.

No problems with kits although one box was ripped but delivery costs and times were very disappointing. £13.99 and over ten days wait between order and dispatch date. Sorry we won’t order from you again for these reasons.

This zoo was bought for my three year old animal mad grandson he loved it only problem was when he moved things around in it,it kept collapsing the outer sides should be glued together to make it more sturdy

Great choice of products. Ordered a blue car , was sent yellow. Apparently it stated that in small print. Would have rather not been sent one of the blue not available as had to return at my own cost and still not been refunded. Tried calling to discuss but was told - it says it in small print. With a child with autism , I needed the blue. And was now out of pocket . Not massively happy

Boxes arrived damaged, through postal system (poorly packaged though). Bit disappointing, won’t know if contents is OK until Christmas morning...

The postage and packing is extremely high at £7.95 for some animal figurines. Also unacceptable - a tatty box filled with tiny bits of shredded paper that end up everywhere. Can't even claim to be eco-friendly as the animals themselves were wrapped in bubble wrap, but not secured so they slipped out. The Schleich and Papo figures have come in sealed plastic bags from other retailers, but none of these were, so everything was covered in bits of dust and scraps of paper. On the plus side, delivery was really fast and they had some figures I wasn't able to get elsewhere.

Thank you for the review. Your order was for just under £100 of animal figures and given that value we have to send the parcel by courier for a cost of £7.99. When packing these animals, our main concern is to ensure they arrive undamaged by the rigours of transit and we tend to err on the side of caution and perhaps do overpack them on occasions.

I've been a customer of WLM for well over 15 years now and generally, they do well. My only gripe with them for a long time was their website didn't reflect their stocks. Too many times I would place an order only to get an email a short while later saying something wasn't in stock. Usually, they would ask if I wanted the rest of the order shipped with the OOS item shipped later or to change the order. A year or so back when they revamped their website it seemed to reflect OOS items, which was great. Except it didn't on a recent order, an item was still OOS, and what made it worse this time is I wasn't told about it until I queried dispatch of my order. The item did eventually come into stock, but I didn't even get offered a discount or refund on the Next Day Delivery service I paid for (£8). Also in recent years, I have noticed quite a large jump in pricing, which seems to be some way above the market average increase. I will still probably use them again, but only as a last resort/hard to find item sadly.

Mr Sibthorp, Thank you for your review. We do try to keep our stock information up to date but it is not always possible at this very busy time of year. Sorry about the delay in despatch but given the size and value of the order plus the fact that you ordered a spray paint means that your parcel had to go by courier at a cost of £7.99. We try to keep our prices competitive but as you will be aware prices have risen greatly due to many factors including Brexit, the rising prices of fuel etc and this has affected kit prices considerably and our prices have to rise in line with the increased costs.

Dave all our parcels are currently send on a UK mainland next day delivery service which means that your order is with you as fast as possible but unfortunately this is slightly more expensive. Your order was delivered 24 hours after it was placed. Thanks for your understanding.
