“The standard of service you get from this company is second to none. Ordering online is easy and delivery is prompt. Kits are well packaged. I have used them on many occasions and will continue to do so. The only negative I can mention is the search function on the website seems to have a mind of its own. Its a minor issue but one which could do with looking at”

“Very prompt delivery , just disappointed about the very thin cardboard used to protect the goods in transit ( train set ) protective corners should be used so the box inside doesn't get crushed corners. This is a gift and the look of a rather damaged box doesn't create a good first impression.”

“The Good- Great selection, reasonable prices and really good comms from the staff if something isnt available etc The not so good- I find the search tool poor esp when looking for paint and searching by code. You end up with a list of everything with the first 2 letters, often over 100s of results”

“I received my order 844690. (Sd Kfz 222) I am still waiting for my order 844597, which I ordered the day before. (German Soldiers in Cafe & Cafe visitors 1930s - 1940s.) Surely I should have received both orders by now.”
