“They claim next day delivery for £76.99. However that next day delivery is after dispatch. Dispatch can be anything up to 48hrs which defeats the original claim.”

“Wonderland Models is my number 1 go to store for my models and I have purchased several in the last few years without any problems at all! My ONLY criticism is of the website. I can order by scale size which is always listed, BUT, I would also prefer at least the actual length of a model in CM/Inches as without knowing the length of the original object, say the length of a ship, the 'scale' is insufficient to tell me quickly, how long the model is before ordering. Anyway, keep up the good work; always a prompt service.”

“I have dealt with Wonderland Models (WM) on several occasions now and have always received the same first class service. On this occasion one of my choices was temporarily unavailable. WM let me know immediately and offered options. As I wasn’t in a hurry I was happy to wait until the order could be fulfilled. It was only a matter of a couple of days and WM kept me fully updated. This is good customer service which other companies would do well to replicate. The order arrived very well protected (as always). I am very happy to recommend WM. Their stock is very diverse and their prices are competitive.”
