“Placed my first order for three items only to be told the next day that two of them were out of stock, despite them still showing as 'available for next day delivery' for days after. The items were sent promptly once restocked but it doesn't inspire confidence when ordering that the items you want are actually available as described.”

“I could not believe how quickly my order arrived. Also the kit was very carefully packed to protect it in the Post. You could clearly see that they had taken time to to do as best a job as possible. They are going to be My Go To shop from now onwards”

“I ordered an AFV Club 1/35 AEC Matator Mid Production kit online from Wonderland. They informed let me by email that it was out of stock. So I called their online dept. & the assistant manager James couldn't have been more helpful. He explained it might take a week or so to come. However it actually arrived a couple of days later & I popped in to collect it. Always exempelary service, as always. Great friendly staff & always a pleasure to do business with.”

“I usually purchase from Wonderland in person but on this occasion used the mail order service. I received first class service when I ordered some paints. A staff member contacted me about the product by telephone and the items arrived the following day. I was very impressed by this. Thank you.”

“I placed a fairly large order for lacquer paint pots. Unfortunately when the order arrived, there was a paint pot missing. I emailed Wonderland mail order customer service who were very responsive and helpful. The missing paint pot was dispatched and arrived 2 days after the original order. I couldn't have asked for more. Very good customer service!”

“As always with Wonderland Models it’s a first stop shop. Always got what I need, great service. Came back to modelling a couple of years ago after a 40 year hiatus! A lot had changed especially internet buying. I subscribed to all the model shops around uk and beyond. As I’ve settled back into modelling I have found that out of the 20 or so shops I started out buying from my go to shop is Wonderland never been let down by them.”

“Unortunately I purchased the wrong item. I spoke to a very helpful gentleman who told me to return the product. I receivedd an email the following day to say my payment had been reinbursed. I have now purchased the desired item...Hopefully!! Excellent service. Thank you .”
