“The only difficulty I had was completing the online order process which I attempted several times. I phoned up and was told to put the postcode in first which worked.Logically why not just say that at the top of the order form? SG McCann Haddington.”

“Unfortunately the model arrived with a glue bottle that had completely dried out. Obviously this one had been on the shelf a very long time, which is fair enough but perhaps something to double check before sending out to customers. Plenty of PVA glue in our craft cupboard so not a huge issue so only deducted one star.”

“Very prompt delivery, however the packaging was essentially the kit box inside another of similar size, so little protection from the handling by the Royal Mail! The kit box had been deformed but fortunately no actual damage to the contents.”

“Ver good service and quick delivery My only gripe is that my drone does not flip! Should flip when left stick is pressed down and pushing left, right, forward and back so I would be happy if the team got in touch”

“As usual the kits i ordered arrived very quickly in a sturdy box. But this time the packing material was long thin shreds of paper. Sadly these got everywhere and even between the box lids of the kits which meant i was still clearing it all up hours later.”

“Using the website to order my model was very easy. Packaging etc very good however I left instructions not to dispatch my goods until the 1st of September as I was in the middle of moving home and could not guarantee which home I would be in. My instructions were ignored and the goods were sent to my new home earlier than anticipated. I had to get in touch with the current owner to accept the goods and also redirect DPD the delivery service used. Why have a conversation/comments box if you do not act on the request?”
