“As usual the kits i ordered arrived very quickly in a sturdy box. But this time the packing material was long thin shreds of paper. Sadly these got everywhere and even between the box lids of the kits which meant i was still clearing it all up hours later.”

“Great site with a very wide range to choose from however out of three items they were showing in stock when I ordered them one was actually not in stock so had to order it elsewhere.”

“Using the website to order my model was very easy. Packaging etc very good however I left instructions not to dispatch my goods until the 1st of September as I was in the middle of moving home and could not guarantee which home I would be in. My instructions were ignored and the goods were sent to my new home earlier than anticipated. I had to get in touch with the current owner to accept the goods and also redirect DPD the delivery service used. Why have a conversation/comments box if you do not act on the request?”

“Was happy with the communication I received as there was a slight delay on one of the models I had ordered, The one issue I had is I ordered a revel hand drill which they hadn't had in stock but was offered a model craft pin vise drill instead which I find is very poorly made. None of the drill pieces stay held in which is snnoting but not worth the hassle in sending back. Again happy with the majority of my order and they helped where the can.”

John, sorry to hear of the issue with the pin vice. We have sold these for many years and have no reports of any problems with them. I phoned you this morning and left a message. Please get in touch and we should be able to resolve the issue.

“I bought a Carson Beatle RC car and was very pleased with the speed and communication of the process. The box was well packed/protected and delivered quickly. Good service. Lots of deals to be had which is great but I’d like to see more “complete package” options for kits as I am a total novice and would like to buy a kit to build with my kid.”

“Cheaper as many of the supplies I have used before, the items were well packed and survived the journey Only draw back is I paid £4.50 for postage it took over a week to get to me, if it was next day or even 2 day delivery as its only 90 miles from me I would have given 5 stars”

“Model arrived in time in good packaging. My dad was very pleased. However it was a bit much for delivery to Northern Ireland (nearly twice the price as delivery in Scotland).”
