“After visiting the RAF Museum in Hendon I regretted not buying a souvenir Hurricane to go with the Messerschmitt print. I saw your advert on line, liked the price, and bought the plane. It stands proud on my shelf. Richard, Norfolk”

“POSITIVE: Payment process secure and efficient. Delivery excellent - faster than I expected. Communication about the progress of my order was also very good. NEGATIVE: It must be at least 3 years since my last purchase, and as a 75 year-old "Non-tech" person, I found your current order process much more difficult to navigate. I also preferred the "old" website page which was much more informative about the range of model kits available. (For me) to navigate”

“I am not Happy With your curious I paid extra for quick delivery They claimed that I was not In And had a delivery note put through the door.This was an outright lie as I was as I was in all day and There was no Delivery note.”

“It’s a delivery thing! It was really quick and good. However, it cost me £5. The order was £32 with no choice of delivery options. Another supplier I use regularly provides free delivery on orders over £25. I would choose them in preference next time. Apart from that issue, I do like Wonderland Models as an alternative choice. Thx”
