“I bought a Carson Beatle RC car and was very pleased with the speed and communication of the process. The box was well packed/protected and delivered quickly. Good service. Lots of deals to be had which is great but I’d like to see more “complete package” options for kits as I am a total novice and would like to buy a kit to build with my kid.”

“Cheaper as many of the supplies I have used before, the items were well packed and survived the journey Only draw back is I paid £4.50 for postage it took over a week to get to me, if it was next day or even 2 day delivery as its only 90 miles from me I would have given 5 stars”

“Model arrived in time in good packaging. My dad was very pleased. However it was a bit much for delivery to Northern Ireland (nearly twice the price as delivery in Scotland).”

“Efficient service with good communication at all stages. I think you should be aware that the external box that the model arrived in was extremely battered on arrival. Fortunately, the packing around the inner box seems to have been sufficient to result in the inner box only being slightly dented. The item is a present so it has not yet been opened and fully checked.”

“I think your web page needs updating. The ordering process is a bit disorganised & offputting but once that's sorted everything is great Ie your phone call helped but should not have been necessary, delivery was very good & prompt. I think that if you clarify the meaning of '' CLICK & COLLECT & delivery would help a great deal I hope you can understand what I'm trying to say as it's hard to put into words! Cheers Ron Todd”

“The model is very good, but delivery is 1 star. I paid on tuesday for next day delivery, expected wed/thur but arrived Saturday. Delivery refund??”

“Zvezda 1/35 M4A3(76) this is the first time using this model maker .the build is going good but the instructions are in Russian mostly . This is not for first timers or new modellers. The service and delivery were wonderlands usual high quality and standards”

“Paid for express delivery on Sunday Monday was a holiday , delivery on Wednesday, I should have only have been charged normal rate,!”

Brian you ordered on Monday 2nd May which was a bank holiday with no courier collection unfortunately so your order was sent on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday which was the next working day. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
