“Having dealt with Wonderland a few times I find they do almost everything perfectly. I say almost as my recent purchase came with the outside box badly crushed although the contents were fine. The box needed a bit more packaging but ultimately the carrier was to blame. Perhaps a 'FRAGILE' label would help. Having said that I will definitely deal with them in the future.”

“I ordered a small bottle of paint which came in a couple of days. I was a little surprised that it was in a 15cm square cardboard box and consequently had to rearrange delivery as I expected it to arrive in a jiffy bag and go through the letter box. I also thought the p&p price was rather high for such a small item.”

“Placing order was easy and it arrived on schedule. Price was good too. Packaging was a 4 inch cubic box for 5 packs of assorted flexi - I - file strips! An envelope would have sufficed.”

“Happy with items and my RC car works after repairs. It’s nice to see many of the spares could be ordered online. It took longer than I thought it would to get the items shipped to me (possibly due to Easter break). Main drawback that would make me consider shopping elsewhere is the delivery charge which for small purchases significantly increase the overall cost.”

“Ordering system good, delivery prompt, packaged well and updates for shipping. A small gripe is the ability to filter down choices on the website, they have pretty much everything a modeller wants and the single item search is great for that.”

“The order was received in good order and very well packaged. Despite not being in stock when ordered it was quickly ordered in and despatched. The only reason it wasn't a 5 star review was the time taken in delivery. Advertised as 'next day' it took 6 days - even accounting for it spanning Easter weekend this was excessive. I would certainly order from Wonderland again, especially considering their competitive pricing.”

“POSITIVE: Payment process secure and efficient. Delivery excellent - faster than I expected. Communication about the progress of my order was also very good. NEGATIVE: It must be at least 3 years since my last purchase, and as a 75 year-old "Non-tech" person, I found your current order process much more difficult to navigate. I also preferred the "old" website page which was much more informative about the range of model kits available. (For me) to navigate”
