“The member of staff that I spoke to was incredibly helpful and that made my purchase experience much easier (this was the first time I had purchased model paints and accessories). A rapid email regarding stock issues was really useful too which meant I could amend my order this still getting the present idea that I had intended to purchase. Thanks again- I would highly recommend your company.”

“Always responsive. Would be helpful to people like me buying for grandchildren if the Scalextric models were better identified as being ready for digital control or require the extra module to plug in. Not easy to identify which module if you are not up with the technology”

“The only difficulty I had was completing the online order process which I attempted several times. I phoned up and was told to put the postcode in first which worked.Logically why not just say that at the top of the order form? SG McCann Haddington.”

“Unfortunately the model arrived with a glue bottle that had completely dried out. Obviously this one had been on the shelf a very long time, which is fair enough but perhaps something to double check before sending out to customers. Plenty of PVA glue in our craft cupboard so not a huge issue so only deducted one star.”

“Very prompt delivery, however the packaging was essentially the kit box inside another of similar size, so little protection from the handling by the Royal Mail! The kit box had been deformed but fortunately no actual damage to the contents.”
