Surprised on behalf of a friend for whom I arranged delivery of flowers via your website. Your ad implied chocs and delivery were free.

Although the flowers turned out to be lovely the customer service was terrible.. I ordered flowers for my sister in law's 80th Birthday in Scotland . I personally called from Canada and spoke with a sales person. I very clearly ( I am Scottish) gave the address several times and also stated that I wanted these delivered in the morning of. her Birthday on the 7th June and that they should call my sister in law prior to delivery. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address and she never received a phone call. She was at home until 4 pm that day. They were finally brought to her in the evening by the neighbour where they had been wrongly delivered.

Disappointed with the flowers delivered for my wife’s birthday and would have expected something more for the £55 I paid. My daughter also bought flowers for her Mum and this bouquet was £45, better presented and the type of flowers I had hoped would have been delivered (see attached picture). This is actually the second Williamson’s delivery I have been unhappy with and will be ordering from elsewhere going forward.

Thank you for delivering the bouquet on time! But the bouquet is not at all like the original. I order the bouquet without lilies and carnations.

Although the ordering service and delivery was efficient, I was very disappointed that after only a couple of days the bouquet of flowers were already starting to wilt. For less money I could have gone to a smaller florist and received better quality, which I will be doing from now on.

I was disappointed with the flowers we sent. Perhaps they reflected the availability in light of covid...but they didn’t look great.

Was not very happy with the service . The flowers were just left at the door I didn’t know until the next day if they had been received or not. I will not use them again

For the first time when I call from Canada to place my order I was disappointed when after viewing your email sent ,flowers were not available, and they never included the color I requested

Given that I ordered the flowers for delivery on 24/12/20 it’s a bit early to be asking for a review. One comment I would make is that your email re the review says I will receive a voucher for chocolates for my next order - this seems a bit cheeky given I placed three orders on the same day at a value of nearly £150 yet the thank you for completing a review will require me to place another order to receive it!

Although the delivery was speedy I was so disappointed with what I received for £58. The bouquet looked tiny and didn’t have any pale pink in it as requested, I expected much more for the money.

Good delivery service but only came on Monday, more than half are already dying off. Not great quality for the price paid. Was supposed to be extra £10 worth of flowers as the vase I had ordered and paid for wasn’t in stock, doesn’t seem like there’s much if any extra in them at all

Very disappointing. Despite none of the arrangements pictured on the website being available due to Covid, I chose Williamson’s because they are local to my daughter and put my trust in the ‘Florist’s Choice‘, which was the only option available. I was hoping for something bright and cheerful, with mixed colours, but sadly the arrangement was a rather dull, lack lustre, pink and white. It compared very unfavourably with another arrangement delivered at the same time, by the same Williamson’s driver, but which had been ordered through Interflora. This was a lovely vibrant arrangement, that looked just like the ‘Beaming Brights Hat Box‘ pictured on the Williamson’s website, which was supposedly unavailable! What’s going on? Either they’re available or they aren’t. By the third day, despite having been topped up with water, the Florist’s Choice was looking wilted and petals were going brown round the edges. Supermarket flowers last longer and give far more blooms for the money. Won’t be using Williamson’s again.

I ordered white doses and lilies.boquet nad NO lollies and just one white rose. I feel that I was very overcharged at £40 Not happy

I phoned in the order on Saturday 6th June and it was not delivered until 4.45pm Monday afternoon. I was shown a photograph of the flowers and they certainly were not worth £60

I ordered a floral arrangement from Williamson’s for my mother-in-law as my father in law died and due to CoVid we cannot travel and be there with her. It is a devastating time. I ordered the Seasonal basket and it was 40 British Pounds plus 6 pounds for delivery, which is a total of 46 British pounds and more than $80 CAD. The arrangement was delivered on time but looked completely empty. It had 1 white rose and a few white carnations and some baby’s breath and greenery. Another family member bought an arrangement from another floral shop for the same amount and it was twice the size and looked a thousands times better. I know supplies and services are limited due to CoVid, but my mother-in-law put them side by side and sent a photo and I’m mortified. White flowers are Williamson’s, the pink ones are Lily West and they were gorgeous. I would not order from this company again.
