I was asked for a message to put on the flowers. My wifes name is ANN. When the Email came through, her name was spelt as ANNE. I phoned immediately to have this corrected and was assured that it would be changed. When the flowers arrived, it was still mis-spelt. That is TERRIBLE. Additionally, the message was not written onto a card with nice handwriting, it was printed onto a sticker using a basic block font and the sticker was stuck onto the card. It was not nicely placed on the card, it was crooked. Absolutely no effort was made by the person involved. The message was printed at the top of the sticker, not centralised. it was aweful. Effectively, what I am saying is that the person who did this did not care about what they were doing. It was a slapdash job and I would not use the service again. Additionally, the flowers were in a poor state after only 5 days. I would expect a longer life from flowers from a supermarket.

Unfortunately my mums lilly spray for her funeral did not have one lilly open, which made it look very different in appearance from the photos , and her mum letters and ribbon was missing

We purchased funeral flowers. 2 massed letters and 5ft coffin top spray wreath To say I was disappointed was an understatement On the top spray wreath the white Roses were WELL past their day(I am a trained florist) The flowers on the massed displays (I think it was small roses ) were old..quite wrinkly and dried out I understand it was winter but Flowers should still be fresh and not old..I have saw better condition flowers in the Asda reduced flowers. If it had not been a funeral they would have been sent back!!

After repeating the message so many times I was astonished to find that not one word of it had been communicated for the card next morning I could not gain the sales mans attention far less his sympathy

Sadly for the first time I really was not satisfied but did not want to make a fuss. Usually ( last 8 years ) I order a very small wire posy of just the heads of 2 or 3 sea thistles ( 6 / 8 inches in height ) to push into the area in front of my sister’s graves. Instead I got a large bunch of 24 inch in height with 3 separate thistles. It was the Saturday before Christmas and the shop was busy and as I said I did not want to make a fuss and had to do the whole thing myself. I also bought an £18 red candle in a glass which was a real disaster- it spluttered from the first lighting and burnt down to half its size in 2 hours. Sorry but I was really disappointed Kate Howie

Thank you for your email review, please accept my sincere apologies that you felt your last order was not value for money, I have looked into your order and its content, I agree the product with a few variety changes would have increased the visual size and would have perceived greater value, I apologies that in this instance we used varieties that were more expensive subsequently reducing the volume and perceived value of your gift. I hope you can allow us to continue to serve you and at the point of ordering indicate to the handler our conversation or contact me directly (I will forward you on my contact details) so I can process your order adding value as a way of apology and build your trust in Williamsons as your floral supplier. Best Regards Jim Williamson

I was disappointed with the size of the bouquet compared to the pictureonline. I had also asked for afternoon delivery and it was delivered at 8pm along with another bouquet that had been ordered from another family member, with no contact as to why it was put with that delivery. I would have at least expected a courtesy phone call to ask if it was ok to go along with the other delivery for that address. Not likely to order again!!
