I was very disappointed that my corsage was not as per order. It was not freesia, but white rosebuds which were a little limp on arrival and not in best condition the next day.

On visiting my mother in law after her birthday I was impressed with the flowers I could see had been delivered. Unfortunately I soon realised that the flowers I had paid for were pitiful in comparison with the flowers from other local florists. I will not use you again!

Was quite disappointed. Looked nothing like the picture. Much smaller and nowhere near as full looking and the flowers were all different heights. Chose Williamson’s because they’ve been good in the past but not this time.

Thank you for your review and please accept my sincere apologies that you felt your order was not value for money. I apologise that in this instance the flower heads may not have been fully open or we may have used alternative stems with a higher cost which reduced the volume and perceived value of your gift. I hope you can allow us to continue to serve you and at the point of ordering indicate to the handler our conversation or contact me directly (I will forward contact details separately) so I can process your order adding value as a way of apology and build your trust in Williamson's as your floral supplier. Best Regards, Jim Williamson

on delivery to dunoon address, am delivery not possible as requested flowers not available in time. Bouquet had a mix of roses and lillies, Roses died before lillies opened, not effective as the advertised product.

Delivered on the date specified and very early in the day. However that's the good out the way. The flowers were provided with the essentially "foods" to help keep them fresh which was helpful however didn't prevent them deteriorating over 4 days and during the rose head fell off after 2 days. Will not use again and would not recommend

Despite a discussion in the shop with a very nice helpful young lady the spray which actually arrived at the crematorium was terrible. We had discussed colours of the flowers for the spray. We agreed to retaining the pink and white as per illustration and changing the third colour for purple. I chose a card with pink flowers to match. What actually arrived was a spray with white, purple and small yellow daisy like flowers with brown centres. It didn’t look good - fairly drab without the vibrancy of the pink.

The bouquet that was delivered on my behalf was completely different to the image I was shown on the Company website. The photo on the screen showed a vase packed full of bright yellow flowers with some greenery to set it off and looked delightful. The bouquet that was sent was basically a vase full of green "stuff" with a few yellow flowers spaced out in it, some of the tiny daffodils were already wilting. Before ordering I asked if my bouquet would look the same as the one on the screen and I was told it would be identical, it wasn't and both I and the recipient were left very disappointed. I won't be using this florist again.

I was asked for a message to put on the flowers. My wifes name is ANN. When the Email came through, her name was spelt as ANNE. I phoned immediately to have this corrected and was assured that it would be changed. When the flowers arrived, it was still mis-spelt. That is TERRIBLE. Additionally, the message was not written onto a card with nice handwriting, it was printed onto a sticker using a basic block font and the sticker was stuck onto the card. It was not nicely placed on the card, it was crooked. Absolutely no effort was made by the person involved. The message was printed at the top of the sticker, not centralised. it was aweful. Effectively, what I am saying is that the person who did this did not care about what they were doing. It was a slapdash job and I would not use the service again. Additionally, the flowers were in a poor state after only 5 days. I would expect a longer life from flowers from a supermarket.

Unfortunately my mums lilly spray for her funeral did not have one lilly open, which made it look very different in appearance from the photos , and her mum letters and ribbon was missing

We purchased funeral flowers. 2 massed letters and 5ft coffin top spray wreath To say I was disappointed was an understatement On the top spray wreath the white Roses were WELL past their day(I am a trained florist) The flowers on the massed displays (I think it was small roses ) were old..quite wrinkly and dried out I understand it was winter but Flowers should still be fresh and not old..I have saw better condition flowers in the Asda reduced flowers. If it had not been a funeral they would have been sent back!!

Sadly for the first time I really was not satisfied but did not want to make a fuss. Usually ( last 8 years ) I order a very small wire posy of just the heads of 2 or 3 sea thistles ( 6 / 8 inches in height ) to push into the area in front of my sister’s graves. Instead I got a large bunch of 24 inch in height with 3 separate thistles. It was the Saturday before Christmas and the shop was busy and as I said I did not want to make a fuss and had to do the whole thing myself. I also bought an £18 red candle in a glass which was a real disaster- it spluttered from the first lighting and burnt down to half its size in 2 hours. Sorry but I was really disappointed Kate Howie

Thank you for your email review, please accept my sincere apologies that you felt your last order was not value for money, I have looked into your order and its content, I agree the product with a few variety changes would have increased the visual size and would have perceived greater value, I apologies that in this instance we used varieties that were more expensive subsequently reducing the volume and perceived value of your gift. I hope you can allow us to continue to serve you and at the point of ordering indicate to the handler our conversation or contact me directly (I will forward you on my contact details) so I can process your order adding value as a way of apology and build your trust in Williamsons as your floral supplier.
