Poor quality for the money £55.00 +£9.00 delivery.

Spent £58 on flowers to be delivered for my wife's birthday. Delivery was fine but several blooms in the bouquet were found to be faded and discoloured. Phoned to complain, and a replacement bouquet was delivered the next day.

Just left the flowers lying in the wet pavement at the front door and ripped the card out the flowers and posted it through the letter box not a very nice experience after spending your hard earned money and they couldn’t even phone me as I was making my way there, it wasn’t my fault my partner had to work due to staff shortages!

I have used Williamsons a few times in the last few years and have to say I was extremely disappointed in the bouquet this time. I understand the prices for everything is increasing but I really expected more for £40. I thought the delivery was a bit steep at £8 and I let it slide at the time but I won’t be using them again.

I have used this several times before, unfortunately this time the items ordered were not delivered. Refund was issued and no other issues. Will use service again in the hope this was just a one off error.

I was not impressed with the flowers at all given the price. They did not compare to the picture on the website. However, the delivery and quickness of the order where very good.

The person in the shop wrote the wrong name on the card when I phoned to make the order which is very disappointing

Hard to say really as I still don’t know if they have been delivered? I did not receive a confirmation Email as per usual. I do not like to contact the recipient (my sister) to ask if she received her Xmas flowers; seems rather tacky!!

I ordered our Christmas tree from Williamsons this year due to my husband self isolating with COVID, my daughter being immunocompromised and the new COVID variant spreading. We got it delivered so we’re not able to choose it. We put it up tonight and for the amount of money I paid for it I have to say how disappointed I am with it! It is so sparse with quite a bit of brown leafage. I chose Williamsons for their good reputation but beyond words. I will never do this again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to friends and explained that there was a security entrance to their house. I left a phone number for the delivery driver to contact them to gain entry. The flowers were left with neighbours at a time when our friends were at home. So I am very disappointed with Williamson’s service.

Very poor Used on three occasions recently and never again Paid £60 For one bouquet last week for mrs and the one I’ve just bought from Morrison’s would beat it in quality Surely one bouquet shouldnt be half the price of the other

I was very disappointed with the flowers which were delivered. I have used Williamson once online and a couple of times instore at the Livingston garden centre, and the quality has been great. This time the flowers were very poor value for money. Perhaps it's because I selected the "no lillies" option and these were removed, but that made the bouquet very small. I don't think anything was added instead of the lillies which would have been a fairer thing to do. It certainly was not clear that selecting that option would result in bouquet which was very small. I would appreciate this being reviewed and made clear on the website and also would ask that something is done to make up for the poor standard on this occassion.

For our 50th wedding anniversary my wife received courier delivered flowers from Hampshire, Bristol, Edinburgh and also your offering, Being disappointed with your content I discreetly checked with other senders how much they paid excluding delivery charges and found my payment amount to be in line with theirs. Your content was rubbish in comparison being in the main greenery and three Easter eggs on sticks which were immediately binned. By Monday your offering was consigned to the compost bin! Being satisfied in the past I was disgusted. We will not be using you again in the future and have informed our friends.

I was very disappointed with the flowers and today I had to bin them. Normally my flowers last 3-4 weeks as I lol after them.
