We asked for sympathy flowers to be sent out to someone and we selected neutral and after speaking with a colleague on the phone we were told this would be creams and white. After seeing the flowers they were multi-coloured - pinks etc. This wasn't really appropriate for the occasion mentioned. The woman on the phone was lovely but the fact the wrong item was sent out for such a delicate matter was extremely disappointing.

Ordered for same day delivery (confirmation email shows same order & delivery date being 19th Dec, flowers arrived on 21st.

I ordered flowers on Saturday 29 November to be delivered on Tuesday 1 December, paying £8 for delivery. The flowers were for my stepmum’s 78th Birthday. When I rang her at 7pm on Tuesday, no flowers had arrived. I then wrote an email to which I have not received a reply. The flowers were eventually delivered at 9pm on Tuesday. I think that’s an incredibly late delivery time for birthday flowers and will not be using you again. Very disappointed that my email has had neither a reply, explanation or apology. I think the £8 delivery charge is ridiculous for such late delivery.

Saturday was the day that my wedding was supposed to be but we had to cancel due to covid-19. I ordered some flowers paying the extra fast delivery service because my girlfriend was going to work at 11am. But I also explained when I made the reservation that if there was no one at home they should leave the flowers with the neighbours, which did not happen. Instead they told me I could pick it up in Livingston, which it was impossible to me, so I agree that you could bring it again on monday. The problem is that on monday I did not have any news about the flowers until 1:30pm because I called you again asking what was going on with my flowers because we were at home only until 3pm. We finally received the flowers late in the afternoon and you droped it in our neighbours house, like you should do on saturday. I am very disappointed with the service and with your behavior and I would like to receive at least the refund of the payment for fast delivery.

The flowers that I ordered were not the colour that I requested. When I called to complain, as they were a golden anniversary present, I was told that the managing director would call me back. Three days later I'm still waiting on the call. Terrible service.

Very disappointed with the quality of the bouquet. It only had 3 roses and 5 like big daisies. And far too much green. I wanted to see a lot more flowers and less green.

Williamson's was my first choice for flower delivery to a sick friend in West Lothian. Disappointed at few flowers in the expensive bouquet. First size was £40 plus £7 delivery. Florist's choice only. A small independent local florist to me said prices if anything are slightly cheaper just now and she holds practically all her usual range and offers choice to customers. I don't think Williamson's was worth the money.

Hi, I called yesterday and sent pictures to telesales email address. I ordered a vibrant bouquet for my mum who’s 78. There was far to much greenery. A lot of it was brown and withered. I’ve sent pictures, I haven’t heard back from anyone yet. Mum doesn’t want a replacement.

Paid extra to have delivered on Sunday but still they delivered on Saturday, my mother while delighted at receiving the flowers said that they probably wouldn't last the week out. Disappointed ☹️

Waste of money dead in 6 days bought cheap bunch of flowers from lidl still flowering under ten pounds for my daughter will not use them again or recommend

I phoned twice to cancel the order. They still tried to deliver. Had to ring again today. Still waiting for my refund. Won't use them again

Disappointed beyond belief. Having purchased a premium bouquet for to give to my mother at my 50th celebration on Saturday night, the flowers were so disappointing considering the price I had paid for them. 2 roses in the bunch and the other foliage had 'dead heads' on them. I honestly could have purchased better from a Tesco supermarket at less than half the price.. I would actually welcome your feedback on my order? I was a new customer to Williamsons but based on this rather expensive right-off, I can confidently say that I will be making no further purchase,

Williamsons's do not directly send you the discount code for your next order. In one years time when you re-order, you will pay full price, yet again. B*llshit. ********* Review this shower of charlatans and the next time you order from them you will NOT find your discount code in your inbox. Uh Huh. Williamsons do not send you the discount code

If you get cut off forget about ever trying to get in touch with the same person again. After getting 90% through my order the call dropped. Each time I called back the "Broughty Ferry Shop" I ended up in different geographical locations. When I eventually got back to the same location, my order had been discarded. What a waste of 20 minutes and 5 international calls! Need a better call management system. And how about starting with "What's your number so if the call drops I can call you back!"

I have sent an email for owners contact details. The flowers I last send were a disgrace. Nothing like the ones I ordered. I have a photo to send him. My sister - the recipient also thought they were a disgrace too.

For the first time I was upset at the flowers delivered to my mother in law. What I odered was not delivered in total. My mother in law was also disappointed, she said the flowers were just plopped in a tin and she had to replant them right the next day after she recieved them. I
