Very disappointed at the first time using this service to send my partner an anniversary gift set of rose and chocolates. The order sent to her work was left at main reception despite instructions not to, and no chocolates were sent leaving me to phone and get them dropped off the following day.

I ordered 2 wreaths and was contacted by undertaker 3 hours before funeral that nothing had arrived. This caused me a great deal of distress and was far from happy to hear that they had found my order some 30 minuets later. A trauma I could have done without.

Thank you for making me aware of your experience. Our driver checks funeral times and travelling distances prior to commencing funeral delivery routes, in this instance he was aware he would be on site in Livingston 2 hours prior to the funeral time, in hind sight we should have telephoned yourself to explain his route timings rather than rely on the email ETA and email delivery confirmation. Thank you again for allowing us to review our procedures.

Asked for £50 flatpack bouquet to be delivered to my uncle and aunt for wedding anniversary and specified white amaryllis , white crys blooms and yellow/gold carnations to be included. Also said there was no hurry as the anniversary date had passed . ( enough time to get these flowers in stock) . My aunt informed me 2 days later that she had received spray crys , Germini morning n her bouquet and none of the above specified flowers !!. Phoned the shop later that day and was assured that someone would be in touch with me ASAP . This did not happen , so I would say I received bad customer service from you.
