“I didn't see the flowers as I stay in the Black Isle, but I heard from the recipient that they were absolutely beautiful. She was delighted with them and that's what I wanted, thanks. If I need flowers in that part of the country again I will be sure to use your services. regards, Catherine Bertram”

“Williamson's swiftly delivered a beautiful floral basket to a friend who suffered an unexpected bereavement. She was delighted with it, and we were pleased that you were able to supply the perfect display on the day we requested it. As she was not in, your driver left it with a neighbour, and I received an email to instruct me of this in case of any problem. Good service all round.”

“Ordered Christmas flowers in the shop paid cash - next day received email with free box of chocolates - why was this not offered in shop as I am a regular customer”

“The Xmas sleigh - it was very good and lasted well into January. I ordered and paid for a large one having been shown at the shop the size I could expect. My first comment to the delivery person was 'Is that the large version?' Clearly he could not have been expected to know but concluded immediately that I received the smallest version!”

“I was able to have a lovely floral display and chocolates send to a friend for Christmas at very short notice thanks to your wonderful service. My friend loved the flowers and it made her day to have them delivered to her door. Your staff are always so friendly and professional it makes it a pleasure dealing with your company. “We purchased funeral flowers. 2 massed letters and 5ft coffin top spray wreath To say I was disappointed was an understatement On the top spray wreath the white Roses were WELL past their day(I am a trained florist) The flowers on the massed displays (I think it was small roses ) were old..quite wrinkly and dried out I understand it was winter but Flowers should still be fresh and not old..I have saw better condition flowers in the Asda reduced flowers. If it had not been a funeral they would have been sent back!!”

“Except for my Christmas order for delivery in Pitlochry, which was not efficient, I and my friend have always been happy with the flowers (which have always been fresh and beautifully arranged) and the delivery. This last order must have been a Christmas Delivery Blip! Pity. (CF)”
