Ordered vibrant casket spray for Mums funeral. Specified very clearly that we wanted as bright as possible to reflect Mums love of flowers. What we got was mainly yellow and lemon with a few pink gerberas. Desperately disappointed when we saw them. Just another pain to add to what we were already experiencing. Fully accept that you can't reproduce photos, depends on what's available etc but what we got was not vibrant. If it really wasn't possible couldn't a quick phone call have been made to explain. You have no idea the hurt you caused when I saw these flowers which were not 'Mum' at all.
