I was not able to be at home on the stated delivery time but had the camera redirected to a neighbour, the package arrived on time. Wilkinson cameras kept me up to date on e-mail and text as to progress of my order. Top quality camera at a very competitive price, what more could one ask for! “Just getting back into photography over the last year or so, as is the norm these days buying a lot of kit online rather than from your local camera shop which are pretty much non existent now! I was looking to purchase a Lee filter kit, trawling the net for the best price when I came across Wilkinson Cameras, their prices are comparable to other online retailers and was pleasantly surprised to see they have several stores in the North West. I telephoned for some pre-sale advice and was very impressed with the service I received from Sara, honest and genuine so I placed my purchase. I enquired online a few days later regarding a further purchase and Sara rang straight back, again she guided me through my queries before I purchased. I know feel like I have a local camera shop with someone I can talk to and at online prices. I will have no hesitation in saying that Wilkinson Cameras and Sara will be my go-to place for gear going forward, keep up the good work.”

“The lady on the phone was so helpful , asked about a camera bag , what I asked for was not right in her opinion, so took her advice, the said very nice lady even went into the store room with tape measure, to see if bag was right size for what I wanted , excellent service , bag arrived safe , all gear fits in great, thanks again nice lady deserves a pay rise !”

“I have purchased from Wilkinsons quite a few times over the years, both from their shops & online, they are one of the few photographic retailers left where you can walk into shop with your camera & try out a lens with no obligation. the staff are very obliging, knowledgeable & very professional unlike certain photo high street retailers where staff don't know a camera from & lens{ no name mentioned} there online service is absolutely first class keep you updated from first minute till item arrived, prices are decent but the piece of mind when spending 100s of pounds is priceless if like me & you want a proper warranty. I really enjoy perusing the vast amount of stock they carry in their shops. These people are top notch.”
