“Such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Love that they use Parcel Force, for me head and shoulders above any other U.K. carrier. Will be my first stop for equipment from now on.”

“Was alerted to the fact that packaging was in a poor condition due to being old stock. Not that bad as it turned out and not really an issue anyway. However not all retailers would have bothered, so their customer service is is a big plus in their favour.”

“Wilkinson Cameras popped up on a google search for a particular Tamron Sony A-mount lens the supply of which was not forthcoming from another retailer who had sold me an expensive Sony A-mount body. I learned from Tamron that they had discontinued the Sony A-mount. Wilkinson were selling off at a bargain price the old version of the lens I was looking for. So with little option on the lens front I purchased from them. They took the trouble to contact me to ensure the Sony A-mount was correct for my camera body before dispatching and once confirmed the lens was delivered within 2 days. So, although my dealings with Wilkinson are limited to one transaction I'm very satisfied with their service.”

“Thank you to Keith Smethurst and all the staff at Wilkinsons Cameras, Preston, for a very enjoyable morning talking cameras, lenses and add ons and eventually choosing my new camera and lens. The shop was extremely busy, but this didn't affect me getting undivided attention, to make sure I made absolutely the right choice. We had coffee and a natter. I have even picked out my next lens purchase and know I can try before I buy, which is a must for me. Thank you.”
