“In the evening I ordered an l bracket for a Nikon Z6 and paid for next day delivery. The next morning I received an email saying it would arrive three days later. I rang them, they checked the order, confirmed that they’d made a mistake, and corrected the order as the parcel was still in the shop. It arrived next day, and well packaged. They shouldn’t have made a mistake, but the chap I spoke to was very polite, he admitted that they’d made a mistake, and sorted it out within a few minutes. I would order from them again.”

“I ordered a tele-extender on the website,that said it fitted the EF lenses, it arrived a day earlier than expected, when I tried it on my lens it would not fit. so I took it to the shop in Burnley, where I explained the problem, and the gentleman there said it would only fit the EF lenses, and as mine are the EF-S this is the reason it would not fit, so he gave me a refund, which was efficiently done. perhaps the website could be a bit more specific about exactly which items will go together.”

“I've dealt with Wilkinsons Cameras for many years and have been happy with the service and the items purchased. I paid for next day delivery and received confirmation of delivery scheduled for the next day from Parcelforce, but it didn't arrive until 48 hours later. Possibly staff pinged or off with covid or something.”

I was slightly concerned when no email confirmation of the order arrived until the next morning, but I need not have been. The item arrived exactly when anticipated and in perfect condition in a very well packaged box. Very pleased and will definitely use again.”
