The expertise and knowledge of the staff at Wilkinson Cameras in my opinion is unsurpassed. I found them very patient, allowed to ask stupid questions about everything I purchased all the while being dealt with professionally. It’s a shame that this level of customer service is slowly leaving the high street. They have a customer in me and recommend them to you.

camera excellent.staff shit, sent wrong tracking number.when I did contact shop, I was told it would arrive around 6 pm. I was up at 6 am, waiting for it. all I got off the shop was its down to ups not us. they could not even send to let me know.well out a email.well mr Wilkinson I have spent a lot of money over the years with you, never again will I set foot in one off your shop,s good by.

Dear Mr. Brennan, We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and our Customer Service and Sales Team always try to exceed customers' expectations. We sent your parcel on an expedited service to try to give you the best service, beyond the 2-3 day delivery service you had chosen. We then continued to try to offer good service despite your rude and aggressive manner as you shouted and swore down the phone at one of our Customer Service Team as he tried to help you. Sometimes we make mistakes and when we do, we hold our hands up, investigate what, how or why it happened and make sure to learn from the problem to ensure it doesn't happen again in future. We’re always striving to improve and providing an excellent customer experience is and has always been one of our core values. I don’t believe we could have done any more than we did in this instance and to substantiate this I've included the full information about your order and contact with us below. Hopefully you will see that we have tried at every stage to provide you with great service. You placed an order at 11.02pm on Sunday 3rd February. You chose the free 2-3 working day delivery option, meaning your parcel could arrive any time from Tuesday until Thursday that week. You chose a delivery service with a 2-3 day time frame and an all day delivery window. I’m not really sure why you thought it would arrive at 6am - we don’t offer such an early service. We do offer a Next Working Day before 10.30am service for an additional fee if you wish to use this in future. This is an option at the checkout and also listed in our delivery information at www.wilkinson.co.uk/delivery-information/ Your order began to be processed at 9.29am the very next day, Monday 4th February. It was dispatched around lunch time, to arrive on Tuesday 5th. You were sent a dispatch notification email at 3.07pm with the correct FedEx tracking number. We do not use UPS so I suspect this is why you think the tracking number is incorrect, though it is stated as being sent by FedEx in the dispatch email. Just before 2.40pm on Tuesday 5th you called our customer service team, shouting and swearing at them, demanding to know where your parcel was. Despite your aggressive nature, Arran tried his best to help you and called FedEx to try to get a delivery time for you. He informed you that the delivery could be any time until 6pm. You said this wasn't good enough and you wanted to return the item. At 2.42pm Arran emailed you with the information required to return the item. Your item was delivered at 5.18pm. I had a problem with my new camera in its operation. I was'nt sure whether the problem was a fault in my camera or otherwise. I spoke Jacob at the Liverpool Branch who went through the system with the camera and there computer. The problem was quickly resolved and the fault was with me. I was very impressed with the treatment shown to me and I will deal with this company again.....Well done Jacob

Was looking to upgrade my printer, and after researching printers, quality and prices I found Wilkinson Cameras had best price, customer service, and could deliver quickly. A great on-line shopping experience, and I’d have no hesitation in using them again.

Brilliant service after a wonderful Theatrical Fashion workshop organised by Wilkinson’s with full support from Sony and others. A great opprtunity which led to the purchase of an excellent lens for my A6000.

Amazing service from start to finish. Aaron dealt with the whole process and answered every question that I had. My camera arrived in perfect condition and within the time scales promised. Having worked in retail for 30 years it is so nice to this level of customer service.

Very good service. Went in to Lancaster Branch to try several different mirrorless cameras. They said quickest way to get a non demo model was to order on line which I did. Very quick delivery and I couldn't beat the price anywhere. Branch staff were excellent. Thank you.
