“I ordered a Sony A7R iii online and was phoned by Sara in Customer Service the next day who let me know that there was only a demonstration model in stock. She asked me if I could wait a few days until she had ordered another one from Sony and I was happy to do so. In the meantime, the price of this camera increased by ÂŁ300 at Wilkinson Cameras and almost every other dealer in the country. Despite this, I was still able to purchase the camera at the original price. As promised, the camera was in stock a few days later and Sara called me again to arrange next day delivery for me. I was very impressed with her friendly and professional manner. This was my first purchase from Wilkinson Cameras but due to their excellent customer service it almost certainly won't be my last.”

“Initial telephone contact enquiry and information provided was quick and efficient. Ordering online was simple. I requested that dispatch be delayed to ensure I would be available to receive delivery. I had a return telephone call confirming my request. All seemed very efficient. A few days later, but before my requested dispatch date I had notification from the courier that my parcel was due for delivery the next day, some five days before my requested delivery date. I then managed to put the delivery on hold with the courier. When the item arrived it had been packed well and I am delighted with it and the price paid was very competitive. Overall a good experience save for a minor hiccup. I would recommend and purchase from Wilkinson Cameras again”

“I was looking to purchase a Panasonic TZ90 camera in the Bury Wilkinson’s store. I spoke to the manager who did nothing but try to sell me a Panasonic TZ100 camera. When I said that the ÂŁ150 price difference was to much for me to afford he said I have the TZ100 if I would like one. At no time did he ask to see if I wanted to look at the TZ90 so I just walked out of the store. I was genuinely surprised at his attitude.”
