“I placed an order With Wilkinson as their price was very good for the Camera purchased. There was a slight problem with the process, entirely due to me using a new debit card that I had not activated, my fault not theirs. I was contacted by telephone and the issue was sorted very quickly. The goods arrived well packed and as described, also well within the specified delivery time. Very good service, will certainly use them again.”

“I ordered a Sony A7R iii online and was phoned by Sara in Customer Service the next day who let me know that there was only a demonstration model in stock. She asked me if I could wait a few days until she had ordered another one from Sony and I was happy to do so. In the meantime, the price of this camera increased by £300 at Wilkinson Cameras and almost every other dealer in the country. Despite this, I was still able to purchase the camera at the original price. As promised, the camera was in stock a few days later and Sara called me again to arrange next day delivery for me. I was very impressed with her friendly and professional manner. This was my first purchase from Wilkinson Cameras but due to their excellent customer service it almost certainly won't be my last.”
