“I have made two purchases of Hawke Binoculars from Wilkinson cameras in the last three years. One was made at the shop in Preston and a more recent one online because of the Covid 19 lockdown. “Hello everyone, I recently decided to buy a Diana mini camera and use 35mm film. I couldn't find the Diana i wanted because they were all sold out or just not available to buy. I wouldn't give up and found Wilkinson Cameras website. I rang Wilkinson Cameras and asked some questions about Diana cameras and the film i was interested in. I spoke to a really nice lady who was polite, friendly and helpful. What impressed me the most was the her product knowledge. She knew what she was talking about. I decided to buy a Diana mini and the next day the postman delivered. Wilkinson Cameras are brilliant! Recommend them to anyone. Chris”

“I was looking to purchase a monocular together with a tripod and a smartphone adapter for my iPhone 11. With very little knowledge and understanding of monoculars, after some on-line searches, I eventually contacted Wilkinson Cameras and initially dealt with Joe and then much more extensively Liz, both of whom, I believe, work in the Preston branch. In short, the customer service and advice (super product knowledge) I received was superb - nothing was too much trouble, and I was able to make an informed choice and subsequently placed an order which was received in a very timely manner. “I recently bought a pre-owned Canon EF 70-300mm IS USM lens described as being in A+ condition. This was my first order with Wilkinson Cameras and I am thrilled with my purchase. The lens came in the exact condition as advertised on their website and you could never tell it had a previous owner! I had been looking at this lens on various websites and I found that this was priced around £320 brand new or around £240 pre-owned in Excellent condition, but I paid £230 for this lens in Like New condition which is an absolute bargain! I was really impressed with the service provided. The item was very well packed and arrived quicker than I expected, even though I selected the free delivery option which is estimated to take 2-3 working days. I would certainly consider buying more equipment from this company in the future and I would highly recommend to others.”

“I searched for the best price for the Lumix GX9, Wilkinsons came up as being the cheapest along with a couple of other stores. I asked a few questions about the product via the online help and my questions were answered within minutes and that was enough for me to give them a try. Although I was aware of the company, this was my first purchase from Wilkinsons. I paid an extra few pounds to get next day delivery, it arrived promptly and on time and I tracked it's whereabouts. I'd definitley use them again, professional throughout, no complaints.”

“I purchased a Gitzo GHF3W fluid 3-way head from Wilkinson cameras on 3rd March 2021. I did so because they offered the most competitive price and a quick delivery was promised. It arrived, well packaged; a beautiful piece of engineering. Initially I had a query concerning the adjustment mechanism for the arca compatible jaws. I emailed Wilkinson and they contacted Gitzo who replied within 3 days. Sadly, there was a more fundamental problem. I have arthritis in my hands and I found that I could not operate the quick release mechanism easily. My fault, not Gitzo’s. I emailed Wilkinson again and they quickly arranged a return and refund for the Gitzo head. The quality of their after sales service was first class. This was my first purchase from Wilkinson. I will certainly buy from them in the future. I strongly recommend Wilkinson Cameras.”
