“Very happy with the experience of buying a new camera and part exchanging the old one. All of this was done on-line. Normally I would go in person to a Wilkinson shop, but not possible during lockdown. However, the whole on-line process was done quickly and efficiently by email and BACS transfer and the new camera (Nikon Z6 ii) arrived very quickly. Very happy with the service and the camera.”

“Easy to order. No hidden charges. Arrived promptly. Recipient delighted (it was a present). I’ve always supported Wilkinson’s because they are a local firm and I prefer to keep my money within the local economy rather than being siphoned off out of the country to billionaire owners in tax havens. With your excellent customer service in store being translated to your online service I cannot understand anyone wanting to go anywhere else. Thanks team W.”
