“Been looking to buy a diana camera, but unable to find any for sale. I decided to look at the diana mini and yesterday found Wilkinson cameras. Rang Wilkinson cameras to ask some questions about the Diana range of cameras and spoke to polite, friendly. helpful lady. Ordered a camera plus two rolls of lomochrome film and my order turned up today. Absolutely brilliant service and will be using them again. thank you to everyone at Wilkinson cameras. take care and stay safe.”

“First Class Service. Having being let down by another company, I searched the internet for an alternative company that I could order a camera from. I found Wilkinson Cameras. Their site is easy to navigate, and it did not take long to find the deal that I was happy with. Then, I phoned them to make sure that all was in stock. I spoke to a lady by the name of Liz, and not only was she able to confirm the stock but also advised on other options. By the end of the conversation, I was feeling very confident that all was going to be all right. After the phone call, the order was placed online. All of this took place on a Saturday afternoon. A few minutes after placing the order, Liz called back to advise that the order had been received and that all was going to plan. Later I received the conformation email. On the Monday morning, I received another call from Wilkinson because their system had flagged a minor issue. This was quickly resolved, and my order was dispatched later the same day. The order arrived on the next day, Tuesday. Now, this is what I call “Customer Service”. A company that goes the extra mile to make sure all goes well and leaves you feeling very satisfied. From start to finish, this has been a very positive experience, and I highly recommend Wilkinson Cameras, and will be using their service again in the future. Thank you.”

“I had been desparately looking for an EF-EOSR adapter for my new but unusable Canon R5. I searched the net daily or even more frequently for an adapter to use my EF lenses. It seemed nobody had adapters and there were no lenses of any interest available. On one search I saw that Wilkinson were showing the plain EF-EOSR adapter in stock. I telephoned to confirm, the helpful gentleman sounded shocked but checked and advised that I take advantage as they would be gone in half an hour. I ordered and it arrived next morning. It has been in constant use ever since. I shall not forget this pleasant efficiency.”
