“Was very easy to find the product I was looking for and at a price I was prepared to pay. The site layout was easy to follow, checkout easy and delivery was ontime. Great to find a retailer outside the big on-line shopping site. I though the packaging was a little too big, but then optical equipment needs adquate protection. Most of the packaging was recyclable, but would be good if recycable tape was used. Maybe an opportunity for the future.”

“I dealt with the manager, Mark, he was very friendly and helpful. I initially went in to have my camera and lens repaired. He checked them over for me and was very honest and said they didnt need repairing. It was a simple problem........hahaha me!!! I also wanted a different camera to my existing one, he didnt try the hard sell. I told him what i needed and found the perfect camera well within my budget - Great Service....Thanks”
