“Purchased a camera bag - delivery estimated as 2-3 business days. I ordered it on a Tuesday after 6 pm, expecting it to arrive Friday/Saturday. However, it was despatched next day, for delivery the day after (Thursday) and sadly I wasn’t available to receive it. Parcelforce send a notification, but you cannot change delivery until after they have made an attempt to deliver. So when I got back on Thursday I had to rearrange delivery. The rearranged delivery does not come with a time slot like the original one...presumably as punishment for not being in first time :-). So I had to wait in for delivery So, top marks to Wilkinson for speedy despatch, shame it was with Parcelfarce. Very happy with the bag...”
