“I ordered a tele-extender on the website,that said it fitted the EF lenses, it arrived a day earlier than expected, when I tried it on my lens it would not fit. so I took it to the shop in Burnley, where I explained the problem, and the gentleman there said it would only fit the EF lenses, and as mine are the EF-S this is the reason it would not fit, so he gave me a refund, which was efficiently done. perhaps the website could be a bit more specific about exactly which items will go together.”

“I've dealt with Wilkinsons Cameras for many years and have been happy with the service and the items purchased. I paid for next day delivery and received confirmation of delivery scheduled for the next day from Parcelforce, but it didn't arrive until 48 hours later. Possibly staff pinged or off with covid or something.”

“Both their online and physical shops get top marks from me. I have bought quite a few things over the years from a number of their shops as well as online and have always been impressed by their helpful manner. I have even had to phone them with a problem (no fault of theirs) and found them helpful and efficient. On top of that, delivery/despatch is quick and their prices are competitive and sometimes even better!”

“I purchased a Hahnel Modus 600RT MKII wireless speedlight, and Wilkinson Cameras were comfortably the cheapest price for that product that I could find online. I was slightly concerned when no email confirmation of the order arrived until the next morning, but I need not have been. The item arrived exactly when anticipated and in perfect condition in a very well packaged box. Very pleased and will definitely use again.”

“Excellent service. I contacted Wilkinson to ask when a lens would be in stock. Very quick response stating they’d had new stock and had one left. I immediately ordered (this was in the afternoon), chose 2/3 day normal delivery. Lens arrive the following day!! Like I said excellent service.”

“Delighted with the options and the excellent advice that I received in store very qualified and very knowledgeable accordingly I ordered the item online the following day despite you making an error between addresses they had the courtesy to consult it and draw my attention to this prior to dispatch this was done to my satisfaction overall and most enjoyable experience and most certainly would recommend”
