“I bought a Panasonic gx9 from Wilkinson cameras, as they were the only company I could find that had one in stock, customer service was amazing when I phoned them, they were very quick to send the camera out. I had issues with DPD because they were short of drivers and my camera arrived three days late (it was supposed to be delivered the following day before noon), but that is no reflection on the brilliant service I received from Wilkinson cameras. I would have no hesitation ordering from them again”

“Always feels like a local shop.I have been a Wilkinson customer for over 3 years The staff are friendly, helpful, have excellent product knowledge combined with good prices and exellent cusomer service. The Liverpool store is a great example and great place to shop. I have also used the part excange service, online advance ordering for new lenses and purchased my cameras and my new printer. The service has been consitent across all of my dealings.”

“Have recently bought a few camera's and lenses from Wilkinson Camera's Bold Street store and have received excellent service and advice. Owen and Liz have been really helpful and gave a personal service. Have been fortunate to also see Matt Lord the Panasonic Ambassador who has taken me to parts of my camera that I did not know existed. Overall exceptional service from all employed at the store.”

“I recently bought a used canon 100mm 2.8l USM macro lens which was advertised as being b+ the lens arrived in all the original packaging and you could not tell it was a used lens it could of been sold as new old stock so a saving £270 on the list price was well worth the purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again”
