“After a couple of emails asking for information, which were responded to quickly, placed an order for a Lumix camera which arrived the next morning. I then had a question about firmware emailed at 5.45 on a Friday expecting an answer on Monday received a response at 7.00 pm-excellent service.”

“Wilkinson cameras, well I only found out about them online the other day fortunately for me as I was able to purchase a Canon Pixma Pro 200 one of a very few available in the U.K for some reason . Purchasing it only took a matter of a couple of minutes from them online and delivery was extremely quick a lot quicker than I anticipated. I know where to look first in the future for purchasing a wide range of products they have available. Well done Wilkinson Cameras, I shall be back. 10/10”

“In the evening I ordered an l bracket for a Nikon Z6 and paid for next day delivery. The next morning I received an email saying it would arrive three days later. I rang them, they checked the order, confirmed that they’d made a mistake, and corrected the order as the parcel was still in the shop. It arrived next day, and well packaged. They shouldn’t have made a mistake, but the chap I spoke to was very polite, he admitted that they’d made a mistake, and sorted it out within a few minutes. I would order from them again.”
