“I was nervous about online ordering especially when using a small old iphone5 In fact I tried various approaches that did not work out to avoid it Due to tight timescales I went ahead online and everything was easy and worked out well I telephoned the sales team and spoke to Liz before the order and immediately after to make certain that everything had gone correctly. Which it had Lots of communication by email to me and to my daughter's phone from the delivery courier The only problem was that I had not told my daughter as it was a surprise gift to my grandson, so she dismissed all of the communications Everything went well and the Lumix TZ200 camera bundle delivered the day following the order. So 24 hours from start to finish Now it is just down to my 11 year old grandson to learn photography via the technology So thanks to all involved and especially Liz”

“I have found Wilkinson Cameras, and their service, to be excellent. Their website is clear, and their prices are better than some of the more "famous" photography companies in the UK. Wilkinson Cameras will be my first place to look for any future purchases. Their price for my purchase beat the other UK suppliers (I checked 6 other websites), and their delivery times were great.”

“After contacting both Chester and Liverpool stores about a lens purchase I was advised that there was only one in the company, I decided to buy through your online service which was straight forward and delivery was ahead of schedule. I have used Wilkinson over a number of years now usually through your Liverpool store where the staff have always been both helpful and knowledgeable.”

“Found Wilkinson Cameras online and so pleased I did. The camera I wanted was shown to be in stock and a telephone call identified the extras I needed. The salesman I spoke with on the telephone was really helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. This gave me the confidence to order online. I live in Penzance and paid for next day delivery. The goods arrived carefully packaged the next day. I thoroughly recommend Wilkinson Cameras.”
