“I found this firm online when looking for Epson printer inks. Although it forewarned of a short delay as not in stock (old printer model) the price was significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Order delivered correctly, well packed, with notice given. Very pleased. My rating are based on this, not camera kit.”

“I recently bought a peak design sling with some online vouchers love the bag but wasn't impressed with the options when buying online no click and collect, I had to pay extra for home delivery how hard can it be to have this on your website look at virtually any other retailer it has this option, and if people are coming in to collect you never know you might get a few extra sales out of them while they are in store. 🤦🏾‍♂️”

“Manfrotto tripod. Perfect item. Quick delivery, arrived on time. Well packaged. I would definitely use their Web site again. I am not the sort of customer that will give top marks, as I believe that there is always room for improvement. Real score 4.9 out of 5. Many thanks.”

“Great company to deal with. Very quick delivery. My only drama was the state of the box that my gear had arrived in. It was battered. Fortunately, nothing was damaged, but as we all know some delivery drivers don't take much care with any items they have in their care. I would recommended double boxing for some items like my £6200 worth of gear in future guys!”

“I Bought used product. Received it in the time frame specified and was in the condition as advertised. The only problem was the courier service used. Parcelforce text me to say the parcel was going to be delivered at Midday but did not receive it until late in the evening. My whole day was wasted - Please use DPD in the future”

“I initially called in to their store in Warrington where their staff were extremely helpful, though with no local stock I ordered online and had my camera within the time frame provided. Great customer service from very knowledgable staff both on the phone and in store.”

“The packing seemed rather over the top for a filter already in a hard plastiç case - I had expected an envelope or jiffy bag that would go through my letterbox. Instead it was in a cardboard box left unannounced, and in full public view, in my porch by DpD. Still its was better than my first try from another company alledgedly lost in the GPO hub.”

“I ordered some paper samples and they were sent by DPD who failed to deliver and then took it to the centre of Halifax where I would need to find and pay for parking on a Sat to collect. Have spoke with DPD as this is their 2nd failure and included proven lies from the driver. They haven't even got a record of a parcel I DID collect after their lazy driver dumped it at a collection point. Lesson learned. If any firm uses DPD they won't get any business from me. Nor do those who can't be bothered to reply to a customer complaint Wilkinsons would normally wait for the return of a parcel before a refund or replace but even they got fed up waiting for DPD to manage to send the parcel! and despatched me another order of paper courtesy of Parcel Force who managed to deliver it despite no one being at home. The paper was well packaged to protect the contents”

“Thought I was buying a Canon EF mount lens and was sent a nikon manual fit lens. They told ne it was an advertising error. Very disappointed but pleased with the way they resolved the issue and refunded my money. I guess these things happen.”

“Phoned Preston number on the website about suitable Compact Flash Express memory cards for my Canon R5 which I purchased from Kendal shop. I was told I needed CFexpress cards and given 2 product code numbers - 32Gb 91801 and 64Gb 90867. Unfortunately these turned out to be ordinary Compact Flash cards so it was a good job I rang your Kendal shop to check first as I was now confused. To be fair your Kendal shop was very helpful and quoted me a correct product code for CFexpress card type B which I ordered and has been fine.”
