The camera ordered was delivered but not within the timescale paid for. After enquiries, it was unclear whether the courier would ever have been able to fulfill the NBD pre-10.30 slot.

Never received the goods (courier failure), contacted you and received excellent customer service from Lily who resolved the problem in a friendly and efficient manner. Will use you again because of this. Recommended. Paul Carr

I ordered some paper samples and they were sent by DPD who failed to deliver and then took it to the centre of Halifax where I would need to find and pay for parking on a Sat to collect. Have spoke with DPD as this is their 2nd failure and included proven lies from the driver. They haven't even got a record of a parcel I DID collect after their lazy driver dumped it at a collection point. Lesson learned. If any firm uses DPD they won't get any business from me. Nor do those who can't be bothered to reply to a customer complaint Wilkinsons would normally wait for the return of a parcel before a refund or replace but even they got fed up waiting for DPD to manage to send the parcel! and despatched me another order of paper courtesy of Parcel Force who managed to deliver it despite no one being at home. The paper was well packaged to protect the contents

Service was very good, but the products were not up to the standard I expected from Manfrotto. I've taken up the matter with Manfrotto directly.

Thought I was buying a Canon EF mount lens and was sent a nikon manual fit lens. They told ne it was an advertising error. Very disappointed but pleased with the way they resolved the issue and refunded my money. I guess these things happen.

The pre-owned lens was erroneously listed as a Canon mount lens on our website, which has now been corrected. Phoned Preston number on the website about suitable Compact Flash Express memory cards for my Canon R5 which I purchased from Kendal shop. I was told I needed CFexpress cards and given 2 product code numbers - 32Gb 91801 and 64Gb 90867. Unfortunately these turned out to be ordinary Compact Flash cards so it was a good job I rang your Kendal shop to check first as I was now confused. To be fair your Kendal shop was very helpful and quoted me a correct product code for CFexpress card type B which I ordered and has been fine.

Always very helpful when calling and making enquiries. Marked down to 4/5 because the trade-in value was marked down. Two of the four items I could understand as when I came to package/send them, I noticed they were not as good as I thought they were. The two smaller items were hardly used and like new, so can't understand why they were marked down? I questioned this in an email, but have yet to hear back. The money went into my account within a few days, which was good.

Quick, efficient, but far too much packing. The item was rubber, yet was packed in bubble wrap -Plastic!

I ordered a protective cover for my Sigma lens and my address was different from the delivery address. A young lady rang me within an hour to check my home address and the item arrived two days later. The lens cover fitted perfectly but I can't help thinking that £50 was very overpriced for this item and wonder if a £26 cover would have better value as they both look the same in the illustrations from other suppliers.

Ordering simple and delivery prompt. However this was a small value item which would go through the letter box but was sent for signature on delivery which meant I had to travel ten miles, park etc to collect it. For a big or valuable item I would accept this approach.

Quite helpful when it comes to supplying Billingham Bag spares, though when one is only ordering a pair of standard Front Leather straps for a Small Hadley Pro, the postage seems somewhat steep..! Hence one star deduction.
