“Good service and camera arrived within an acceptable time. The only fault is your website saying FREE delivery on all orders over £100 this is not the case as when I got to check out there was a delivery charge of just under £10 please amend your website as this is very misleading.”

“my Item was not in stock when I ordered it, as soon as it arrived I had a telephone call and email, I chose the day for delivery and can't fault the efficiency of the staff for getting it to me.”

We have checked our order system and can see that you had ordered an 'Open Box' item, which may not have included the same packaging as the newly manufactured product. Open Box items are customer returns or Canon refurbished stock or have been sent to a store to demonstrate to a customer and therefore opened. For cameras, they may have taken a small number of images.. The outer box may have minor scuffs and not be perfect. The camera and box contents are "as new." Please note that this Open-Box product is Canon Refurbished Stock and is not eligible for certain Canon promotions, such as seasonal cashback offers. It does include a 12 month Canon warranty. “Purchased a photo printer from Wilksinson Cameras. They had immediate stock at a reasonable price. Purchasing was easy online and the item was delivered very promptly. The icing on the cake would be an offer of some NHS discounts but sadly no”

“Order process was easy, and my tripod arrived in good time (3 days). It was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. If I had one criticism it would be that on the email confirming despatch I was given a tracking number and courier was listed as dpd, when I tried to track the parcel dpd did not recognise the number. Then the day before delivery I recieved an text from Parcel force informing me my package was being delivered by them and they quoted the tracking number I was given. So this was a little frustrating, but not the end of the world, and despite this I would have no hesitation in buying from Wilkinsons again. 😊”

“I found this firm online when looking for Epson printer inks. Although it forewarned of a short delay as not in stock (old printer model) the price was significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Order delivered correctly, well packed, with notice given. Very pleased. My rating are based on this, not camera kit.”

“I recently bought a peak design sling with some online vouchers love the bag but wasn't impressed with the options when buying online no click and collect, I had to pay extra for home delivery how hard can it be to have this on your website look at virtually any other retailer it has this option, and if people are coming in to collect you never know you might get a few extra sales out of them while they are in store. 🤦🏾‍♂️”

“Great company to deal with. Very quick delivery. My only drama was the state of the box that my gear had arrived in. It was battered. Fortunately, nothing was damaged, but as we all know some delivery drivers don't take much care with any items they have in their care. I would recommended double boxing for some items like my £6200 worth of gear in future guys!”

“I Bought used product. Received it in the time frame specified and was in the condition as advertised. The only problem was the courier service used. Parcelforce text me to say the parcel was going to be delivered at Midday but did not receive it until late in the evening. My whole day was wasted - Please use DPD in the future”

“The packing seemed rather over the top for a filter already in a hard plastiç case - I had expected an envelope or jiffy bag that would go through my letterbox. Instead it was in a cardboard box left unannounced, and in full public view, in my porch by DpD. Still its was better than my first try from another company alledgedly lost in the GPO hub.”
