“Competitively priced products but the Delivery Price seemed steep with no more economic options to choose from. Order and Delivery was seamless. I ordered a Camera Bag - it was good but was a bit disappointed it had a slight mark on one side of it. It's not something that shows up on a photo.”

“Prompt delivery; item as described. Polite suggestion though - this was a simple metal adapter ring for filters, it's not fragile. It came packed inside an unnecessarily large box with a lot of padding - more suited to sending a lens. A simple jiffy bag would have sufficed, especially in these days when waste, sustainability and the environment are watchwords. Here endeth...but -1 star for this.”

“I was pleased that I managed to get a second battery for my Nikon P950. They are like gold dust and so expensive. Was hoping for two but only let me have one without any comment as to whether they are limiting quantities or now out of stock. Very fast delivery by a good courier. Would certainlybuyfrom this company again.”

Hi Lindsey, Thanks for your review - so glad you were able to find a spare battery for your camera! We did only have the one in order and our website operates a "live stock" system so that you can only order what we can supply (no disappointments this way!) - we do have stock on order, so if you use the "Notify me when this product is in stock" link on the product (https://www.wilkinson.co.uk/nikon-en-el20a-battery/) then you'll be emailed when more arrive. Alternatively, we'd recommend trying a ProMaster EN-EL20 battery, which is compatible with your camera. It's a marginally lower capacity, so you may get approximately 5-10% fewer shots from the camera with this model versus the EN-EL20a, but it's much more competitively priced and includes a 3 year warranty as well, so we'd certainly recommend it as an alternative! https://www.wilkinson.co.uk/promaster-battery-nikon-en-el20/ Thanks again, Alex | Wilkinson Cameras

“Only been dealing with Wilkinson cameras for a short while but staff are great in the Liverpool and Southport shops. Plenty of help and advice. I feel if I have any issues I can approach them and they’ll always help. Thanks guys.”

“Good price, quick delivery, camera seems O K but lack of any instructions makes it hard to carry out full. Checks I was told there would be a short/basic manual, hence the 4 stars now waiting for a guide book. Have found the Sony basic guide and it wasn't much help”

“Good service and camera arrived within an acceptable time. The only fault is your website saying FREE delivery on all orders over £100 this is not the case as when I got to check out there was a delivery charge of just under £10 please amend your website as this is very misleading.”

“my Item was not in stock when I ordered it, as soon as it arrived I had a telephone call and email, I chose the day for delivery and can't fault the efficiency of the staff for getting it to me.”

Thank you for your feedback. Please do contact us on 01772 252188 or at sales@wilkinson.co.uk to provide us with more information on the above or if you do encounter any issues with your purchase. We have checked our order system and can see that you had ordered an 'Open Box' item, which may not have included the same packaging as the newly manufactured product. Open Box items are customer returns or Canon refurbished stock or have been sent to a store to demonstrate to a customer and therefore opened. For cameras, they may have taken a small number of images.. The outer box may have minor scuffs and not be perfect. The camera and box contents are "as new." Please note that this Open-Box product is Canon Refurbished Stock and is not eligible for certain Canon promotions, such as seasonal cashback offers. It does include a 12 month Canon warranty. “Order process was easy, and my tripod arrived in good time (3 days). It was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. If I had one criticism it would be that on the email confirming despatch I was given a tracking number and courier was listed as dpd, when I tried to track the parcel dpd did not recognise the number. Then the day before delivery I recieved an text from Parcel force informing me my package was being delivered by them and they quoted the tracking number I was given. So this was a little frustrating, but not the end of the world, and despite this I would have no hesitation in buying from Wilkinsons again. 😊”
