“Can’t remember the name of the lady but after another seller sold me an out of stock item she was really helpful and whilst on the phone checked stock to ensure they had the camera in. Advised if i ordered by 3pm i would receive the next day. Camera arrived before 9am the next day. Thank you!”

“I hadn't heard of Wilkinson Cameras before but thanks to a google search I stumbled across them and read some positive reviews. I was looking for a new camera body and I was impressed by the price. After some anxiety before it arrived because of how reasonable it was I am very pleased with the quality and reassured by the 12 month guarantee too. Good evening, Your order placed on Friday August 21st with 2-3 working day delivery was dispatched the same day and a tracking email sent containing your tracking information. We always advise checking your spam folder if you don’t think you have received this. Delivery was attempted on Monday 24th August and a card left advising that your parcel could be collected from your local post office. Parcelforce would also usually email you delivery updates too in absence of a mobile phone number. We would have been more than happy to advise you of this or help you in any way, but it does not appear that you have tried to email or phone us. You can email sales@wilkinson.co.uk or call 01772 252 188 if Mon-Sat from 9am until 5pm, Sunday 11am until 4pm or Bank Holiday Monday 10am until 4pm. Regards, Wilkinson Cameras

“Having been badly let down by another online shop who were advertising stock for sale they didn't have in their stockroom to ship out and having waited 10 days for them to get their stock in, to no avail. I turned to Wilkinson Cameras. I was assured their stock count was in 'live' time and if the webpage said it was in stock it was in stock. I told the lady of the difficulties I had experienced sourcing this particular item and she took her phone, with me still talking to her, walked into the warehouse, found the item on the shelf and confirmed she could physically lay her hands on it. I gave the other shop one last call, but they could not guarantee that there delivery would come in the following day and that would mean a wait until after the weekend at the very earliest. I cancelled the order and placed my order with Wilkinsons. Within minutes they had not only emailed a receipt for my payment but also confirmation of next-day-delivery dispatch with tracking detail. That, my friends, is how you run an online camera business! Wilkinson Cameras will get my first call every time from now on. Exceptional service by the lady who took my call.”
